I am on a high protein way of life,the Eatlean cheese is fantastic.i use the grated cheese on jacket potato and salads,the soft cream cheese on wafers with beetroot or pickle.lots of uses i am looking forward to using o er the next few weeks.the delivery was well packed and arrived on time.

Delivery was prompt box had chill pack etc.

The product is ok, takes a bit of getting used to, but I think I will be buying it again.

Order came very quickly and well packaged. Contents taste great. Will definitely order again

Everything was great.
The delivery was slightly delayed, but we were informed directly about the reason and received a voucher as compensation. Excellent customer support. This is how business should be done. I wish the startup every success.

Moldy cheese multiple times, their support email doesn’t work

The EatLean cheese range is fantastic including the smoked cheese blocks and spreadable. The nutritional values are great for anyone who is health minded or has to watch saturated fat levels. The taste is exceptional. Try all the range and see what suits you, for example the red and original cheese blocks and all the snack items. Wish supermarkets would stock your entire and block range. I have subscribed to the direct home orders and works out at great value for money. So easy to order, reorder and amend your requirements on line. Thank you

Very quick delivery and the products are very tasty especially the cheese spread

Can’t say much about their products as they are really good. But the company is simply not ready for the online demand. Ordered a bundle on a wednesday and supposed to have it delivered on friday. Nothing came in. Royal mail tracking is stuck on “we are expecting it”. Really poor service considering you are paying for a Tracked 24 service. Customer service takes ages to reply to emails. In the end I had enough and disputed the transaction with my bank to get the money back. I’ll buy what I need from the shop from now on unless they sort their infrastructure. At the moment it’s a poor service.

Received a mouldy block. In subscription. It happens but took ages and a reminder to sort out. No real apology or offer of compensation other than “do you want a refund or replacement “. Customer service abysmal Despite the below comms claiming to have requested details - NO EMAIL was received apart from the ones I originated with my complaint. Please refrain from making public token gestures that are incorrect

the wrong item arrived and i have had no responses to multiple emails. going to have to do chargeback. been a week.

Leider sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Von einer Charge der Protein Cheese Bars waren bei mir insgesamt 25 Riegel verschimmelt.

Besonders ärgerlich: Auf zwei Reklamations-E-Mails habe ich keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Kundenservice scheint praktisch nicht vorhanden zu sein.

Es fällt zudem auf, dass PayPal offenbar nicht mehr als Zahlungsmethode angeboten wird. Das wirkt leider so, als wolle man sich mögliche Konfliktfälle und den damit verbundenen Kundenservice ersparen.

Schade, denn das Produkt an sich hat mir eigentlich gut gefallen.

Update: nach der Abgabe der Bewertung umgehende Kontaktaufnahme durch Eatlean sowie Erstattung erhalten. Daher ändere ich die Bewertung von einem auf drei Sterne.

Käse hat gute Werte und schmeckt gut. Sehr nervig allerdings, dass zwischen den Scheiben keine „Trennblätter“ sind. So klebt der Käse nervig zusammen und die Scheiben gehen sofort kaputt

Update: the product has mould in it. No response from the vendor!!

I ordered £45 products which arrived with ice packs completely melted and bars broken. I provided a video with timestamp showing clearly the condition of the package. As it is dairy product it can not stay unrefrigerated especially on the hottest day of the year (so far).

Got a response from the company saying its ok to consume!! really are you joking as your website says they need to be refrigerated.

I have raised this with my bank and will be raising with food safety standards company as not only the product was damaged the subsequent recommendation is dangerous.
