Meals are excellent and healthy. Love it

I didn't think I would enjoy getting into the whole world of meal prep. I've been trying for ages to make a conscious effort to look after myself more each year and try to eat healthily but usually fall into the same ol'trap of getting lazy and slacking off back to the same bad habits.

Since getting meal prep from EAT FIT I've found myself enjoying high quality meals that are healthy and not fallen off the wagon getting take aways and junk food. I genuinely love the snacks they make that I know are made fresh & can see good ingredients are used that aren't full of rubbish.

This has improved my lifestyle no end. I haven't felt like slipping up since getting a plan sorted out. Whilst I'm no adonis I do think EAT FIT meal prep has benefited me and I thoroughly recommend checking them out.

Truly impressed me with its outstanding food and exceptional service. The dishes were not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared with a focus on health.

I’m usually skeptical when it comes to meal prep companies, but with EAT FIT, I’m beyond impressed. Their meals are packed with the right amount of nutrients and proteins, while dishes are balanced and vary from all kinda of nutritional and delicious organic foods. Would definitely recommend for individuals are are seeking a healthier diet but still want to enjoy the comfort of good food ☺️

I’ve been a customer for over a year and I am really happy with the consistency I’ve received. Good quality protein, veg and in general GREAT tasting food with tons of flavour with nutrition in mind.

Delivery times and communication are consistent, The menu is often reviewed so you never get bored.. I recommend giving it a try!

Perfect meal prep solution especially for busy professionals. Packed with nutrients while having delicious taste, way better than what I usually cook! Saves me a ton in terms of time and money. Great portions too. Would recommend!
