Please do not use prime meet and greet!(compareyourparking, New farm parking) We called at 23:00 to be told the car would be with us in 40 mins. After several calls chasing where the car is, speaking with different people, being ignored and calls being hung up and being spoke to like I was the problem - 4 hours and 3 different location to be informed that the car key was missing, advised we should wait more time to locate the key, then to be told at 5:00am the key is lost and will need to arrange for a replacement at 7.00am also we should get an uber back to Cardiff and they will bring us the car (no chance I was trusting them to drive the car after loosing the car key!) they offered to pay for the replacement using there locksmith and refused to pay for the one we sent as it was a lot earlier than theirs being sent! This was reluctantly paid by them... here we are at 13 hours later we are only just leaving Stansted airport with a further 3 more hours travelling to reach home. THEY HAVE NO CARE IN THE WORLD OF YOUR SITUATION.

We arrived which wasn’t what we expected. Not well signed and no one there to greet us. When driver arrived we had to wait an hour because of a mess up which was nothing to do with us this was 3am…
We then had to pull into a pub to wait ANOTHER 10 mins as they were trying to sort the situation out.
On the way home we had to wait another 45 mins before driver arrived. They said to ring them which we did they said they’d be with us in 10 mins waited another 35 mins.
Road to the parking is horrendous. I do not recommend this place.
