These guys were quick to respond to questions and follow up to make sure I had all the correct artwork files before proceeding with the order. They really know their stuff, and the quality of the product is great.

Excellent
Excellent.
Amazing quality
Great lightweight barriers. Packs up small, and easy to lift for one person. Not strong enough to have punters lean on it though - don't put in front of a stage!
Barriers suck. Why would you make them with a white back side? Also framing is really cheap and not durable

Hi Pete,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, as well as for taking my call to discuss these issues further.
As discussed, I'm very sorry that you've felt our Crowd Control Barriers are of poor quality.
Regarding the fabric itself, for single sided print the reverse side is left bare, which in this case is white as this is the base colour of our unprinted fabric. However, I can completely understand that this would be an issue, especially if they are getting dirty being used outdoors. The fabric can be machine washed on a cold gentle cycle, however, and small marks can also be removed using cold water with a damp sponge.
Regarding the frames themselves, these are made to be light-weight for ease of transport and moving around. However, when used in windy weather, unfortunately the fabric itself acts as a sail-cloth, thereby catching the wind resulting in a degree of instability. As a result, we generally recommend these for best use indoors, however when used outdoors our customers have found that using sandbags or weight-plates help to secure the frames.
Nevertheless, I can fully appreciate your concerns, and as a result we were happy to offer you a discount on a reprint for double-sided fabric sleeves, as well as offer a discount on additional heavy duty base plates to add extra stability to your existing frames.
We do take all such feedback regarding the products we supply very seriously, and greatly appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. We're always aiming to provide the best quality products we can, and feedback such as yours is invaluable for us moving forwards.
Kind regards,
Andrew
Very very light and keeps falling down even with a small wind...never recommended to anyone...would rather spend extra bucks and get a better one

Hi Satish,
Thank you for your time talking to me regarding your review.
We are sorry to hear you were not aware this product needs to be secured if used outdoors but we hope having these reprinted for you with a double sided print as a goodwill gesture was suitable for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
We do appreciate your willingness to try and update the review and understand you may have struggled to do so.
We would truely appreciate if you could continue to look into achieving this for us as we are trying to build our online reputation and your updated review would be of great help if you feel so inclined after the way we have handled this order for you.
We hope to make your next order more transparent and to our usual 5-star experience!
Look forward to working with you then!
