Goods didn't arrive
Goods didn't arrive, I ordered on sunday, I phoned them on Tuesday and they said that they dispatch within 1 to 3 days, so they would try to dispatch that afternoon, but if not then wed and I would have it by Thursday at the latest. Phoned again on Thursday, still not dispatched, so I cancelled

A great customer service experience
I used easy merchant to purchase a particular fitting needed for a soil stack re furb project. It was easy to order and a great price. Unfortunately, as no fault to the supplier as I think it was dropped over my fence and landed on the concrete path, it arrived damaged. I dealt with Aaron, who was swift to reply and immediately sent out a well packaged replacement in time to get the job done. Excellent customer service and highly recommended. Will definitely be using again.
