My dad's stairlift broke down today. I rang Easylifting at around 2 pm. I explained the problem. A few minutes later Sam rang me and said he would be here by 3.15. At exactly 3.15 his van pulled up. About 20 minutes later it was all fixed again. Can't recommend this firm enough

Needed a stairlift urgently

What a complete joke of a person running this outfit. He fitted the chairlift but first sign of a problem he won’t answer his calls or text messages, he’s a snake, to treat people like this is disgusting especially vulnerable people and don’t do you dare say my review is fake as you have in the past with other reviews I have evidence

The service given by Sam was first class.

My Dad was struggling with the whole concept of having a stairlift after being independent all his life. However once he decided the stairlift was a must we started to have a look around.

Easy lifting Staircases were recommended to us by My Dads health worker she used them for her Mum.

We contacted Sam and he came out for the initial survey 2 days later. He was polite knowledgable and kept us informed all the way along. 3 days later the stair lift was installed. This only took an hour and everything was left clean and tidy.

To make things even better the price was amazing.

I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I called easy lift yesterday. After I had fitted the stair lift into my elderly relatives house. The stair lift was fitted but we was having problems with the wiring. After talking to Sam and sending some photo over of the wiring. Sam eventually got back to me he called me and said it was a massive job and he would need to send at least 4 or 5 engineers out to sort it out.. straight away I smelt a scam here just ludicrous you would need 4 or 5 engineers to sort some wiring out.
I then decided to phone a good local electrician I knew he came out on is own and fixed it all in about half a hr :)
I have tried to respond but missed the 3 day deadline.
I don't go round writing reviews frequently. I was annoyed at what I had been told by Sam. And if i had been a elderly or vulnerable person on the phone I probally would have agreed to letting your 4 or 5 engineers turn up.. I'm totally against people being hurt or scammed in anyway and I will report it when ever I can or think it is going on.
You originally apologised for what Sam had said saying he shouldn't have. Now you have retracted this and your trying to twist it well I'm just a customer who could have been. And the more I hear from you the more I dislike.

Always obliging , Sam the engineer is always efficient ,friendly and on time . He will always try and fit you in ,in an emergency . I have used this company for over ten years without any complaint . Excellent value for their service. Thanks Mrs Murphy .
