Snap on box keys
The first key came out great.The second key does not work , as well as the replacement, that was sent. They have always been very good about making things right. I will contact again regarding key #1030.

I needed some keys for the garage
I needed some keys for the garage. I got them and tried them, which didn't work. I contacted them and uploaded a photo of the original key and the lock. Furthermore, I was sent replacements, which worked after putting WD-40 in the lock. Great job!

Immediate Resolution
One of my 2 used filing cabinets was mislabeled, so the initial provided replacement key did not fit into the lock.
Easy Keys provided instructions for providing images for their staff to verify the incorrect blank had been provided. In less than a week, new keys were returned and, like the other set, worked perfectly based on the engraved lock codes.

Lost keys solution
I lost my keys for my camping trailer... I called a locksmith and he said he doesn't deal with trailers but if I unscrew the handle of the door behind that will be a code... And sure enough there was a code and a name of a company. I looked them up and I was able to find my replacement key and it was shipped to me within days. I'm impressed!!

Easy and quick to receive
It was so easy to go in and enter the number to the lock on our filing cabinet, order it and receive it quickly. The pricing was reasonable. The website was user friendly. If I ever need more keys when I have a missing key this is definitely the place I'll order from.

The package was delivered today (Monday), which is within that timeframe. We do not offer Saturday delivery, and this was explained during our chat earlier today.
