It is a shame a customer trying to contact the insurance company to general quieres for 5 days and have no answers and no help. This is the worst experience with customer service ever!

Getting Insured was Easy Alright
I found it very easy to use the EasyInsure web site and I got a great price for my Comprehensive car insurance. Just wanted to confirm a few details with a human being but the phones were all busy. So I tried the Chat Line and got a nice lady called Meghan who put my mind at rest, very courteously. So far so good. Insuring my car was straightforward, as I have a good claims record, full NCB and no problem drivers. I hope to post another review at the end of the first year but they appear to be offering a good service. I am mindful of the negative reviews published here and will not let them off if they mess me about !

be very careful when going fully comp that you dont assume you can drive any other fully comp car this is not always the case which i found out 2 mins after agreeing to take policy and they refused to accept my cancellation there and then before policy even started i had to post it in writing so straight of there was a £51 charge and a charge per day untill my letter was recieved!! i am currently unable to drive because of this comapny they are aware of this and offer no help or assistance! sorry i have to write a bad review but i do not want anyone else to go threw what i have in last few days

We apologise you have had a bad experience with our company. These days many companies do not offer the ability to drive other vehicles under their policy, even when this cover is available you can only drive another vehicle third party only. If you wish to drive it comprehensively you need to be named on the other persons policy. At easyinsure.co.uk we do offer the ability to drive other vehicles but this can be restricted to certain vehicles and occupations. The cancellation charges within the first 14 days are subject to an insurer time on risk charge and the insurer administration charge of £25. Easyinsure.co.uk does not charge any cancellation fee within the first 14 days. All cancellations must be provided in writing by the policyholder along with the surrender of the certificate of motor insurance. We cannot unfortunately take the instruction to cancel the policy over the telephone.

i am very disappointed with the service i got. I answered the question is my car used for work i replyed yes. When i read the bottom of the document not for work use it was no good to me. You already quoted me i paid my bill and when i rang up about it a very
ignored worker said if you pay another £65 you will be covered. not even a sorry. Not impressed with your staffs manners.

Your occupation may require class 1 business use which is a higher charge than having commuting only on your policy. Would definately recommend and customer service brilliant
I have no qualms recommending Easy Insure, I have been with them for several years and have always found staff to be very helpful. Had a problem with using online account but advisor quickly came back and resolved problem. Very impressed and glad to be insured through them.

I found this companies service and customer commitment, extremely poor.
I found this companies service and customer commitment, extremely poor. At the first chance, they found a very trivial excuse to void my insurance, and leave both myself, and my children without a car over the hottest days of the year.
Not only that they even refused to help get my car returned from the recovery agency. I was totally and immediately abandoned by easy insure and their claims branch. I would never insure using this company again, and would gratefully pay a higher premium before giving any form of business to this company.
This is of course my personal experience with this company you may have a better one, but personally with so many out there I’d shop elsewhere.

excellent service
Just got my car insured with easyinsure was cheap and handy to get set up fully comp I would recommend any 1 looking insurance to try this company im very happy and will hopefully be with them next year.
