Avoid
Just dont! Overcharged, took hundreds from my card without permission or price. When challenged they were very rude and obnoxious. Claimed my money back through my bank. And I see all the negative reviews are being removed. Trying to hide their tracks. Look on google reviews. Avoid.

Do not bother with these jokers, took £600 off me to fix my shower, tgen 3 weeks later still haven't turned up. Can't get to speak to anyone, havr requested refund, waiting for that now

A complete rip off company!!
A complete rip off company!!! I contacted Easyfixit when my kitchen tap was leaking. After 2/3 days a guy called Ali got in touch with me saying he was appointed to me by Adam. And we arranged a day for him to come out to my house. However, I forgot to ask what the call out fee was. So I texted Ali, who said that Easyfixit will just invoice me after the work was done and that will be £165 just for the call out. Ali then offered to come to my house and give me a quote as an independent plumber. Foolishly I let him. He quoted £165 and that price included the price of a mixer tap. I agreed so Ali went off to get the mixer tap. He came back the same evening and replaced the unit. The following morning I noticed a leak in my cupboard, so I text Ali, twice! He never got back to me!!! Coincidentally Adam, his boss messaged me later that day so I asked him to call me which he did. I told him what had happened and he was horrified. I now believe Adam and Ali to be the same person. Adam told me that he had reported the incident to head office but since then I've heard nothing. I have messaged Adam to ask how things are going and all I got back was a sarcastic "everything is wonderful" . I have also emailed the complaints department but, again, not heard anything back. My husband had to fix the taps and leak. He said that the job was shocking and the whole thing was loose. So I have been robbed of £165 and it has made me so angry!! I will never trust a trades person again

Unfortunately you decided go direct with the engineer Mr Ali without telling Easyfixit which clearly states in our terms should you decide to do this then we would not be held responsible. Only when things did not work out did you actually inform us. On a separate note and for the record Mr Ali and Adam are in fact 2 separate individuals.
I have taken your feedback on board and trust you will consider our services again in the future.

Do not trust this company - avoid at all costs.
Do not trust this company. They request your credit card details in order to confirm the booking, but then they will charge you whatever they want before giving you a quote or running any costs by you at all.
I needed a boiler engineer - someone eventually came out after the first one didn't turn up. The engineer didn't know what was wrong with the boiler and spent no longer than an hour looking at it. A day later - Easy FixIt took £364.00 from my account. I have since tried to get this money back and have been battling them for nearly 3 months, but my requests are ignored.
Their complaints process, as stated on their website, does not work either. No-one has ever replied to any of my complaint emails and that is the only way they let you complain.
If you look on Google Reviews - you will see a number of very similar negative reviews.
If you have had a similar issue - and I can see on Google reviews many have - go through your bank to try and claim your money back.
