This app is easy to use. I love the new look and how the accounts are sorted accordingly. Investing with just a couple of clicks.

I was incentivized to try out easy equities by putting in a certain amount of money that would be matched in a promotional campaign. I did so a year ago and left it to grow. I received an email now stating that I must put money in as the account is going to go into a negative balance due to fees. I don't understand how the fees could have in a year chewed through all my initial investment and growth and go into the negative if I should only be charged a small percentage. I tried to close the account but there is no support. There was a whatsapp chat but the second I ask to close my account it closes the chat. There is no phone number, no email, I don't know how to close my account and I'm now scared they're going to keep charging me and eventually blacklist me or something

What a scam, they can take your money but to transfer and withdraw its a mission. No customer service, F ALL! Don't waste your time here

Best investment platform bar none. I see some criticism on the new look and feel, but resistance to change always exists. It's still the least expensive, most user-friendly investment platform out there with the widest product offering. Constantly innovating and growing, it's my one-stop shop for my future wealth creation.

I am an EE customer for many year over a decade. I have deposited and withdrawn from my EE account with no challenges. On 13 September I withdrew from my account a certain sum and usually this reaches the next day. It being a Friday afternoon it made sense that there would be a delay over the weekend. Now it's 8 days later, ticket was logged 5 days later after no money was not showing. The funds have been removed from my EE but have not reached my bank FNB. When making a follow-up what a challenge. The numbers on internet are all either not working or take you to voice box. Their emails remain unanswered. What a joke! No one has attended to me and seems like no one will anytime soon.

Their service is appalling. They charge for a million different things. Their ill-conceived Thrive program is so buggy that every single month I had to fight with them about something until eventually it just wasn't worth the effort and I withdrew all my funds.

I am a Namibian FNB customer. I have paid money into easyequities easily, however after 2 years I am still not verified. I only receive automated emails. I have sent my bank statements and my bank confirmation letter, but to no avail. i have not been assisted yet. All i receive is automated emails. Due to this I cant withdraw my money. What a waste and what an unethical company? If they are not unethical, then why do they focus and assist when we want to deposit money into the easy equities platform but to withdraw seems we are now at a stalemate. Me writing and sending mails and them sending automails. Its april 10th 2024, I am struggling since March 22 2024.

Can you please assist with my account. I can't log in to my account. Since from last year my account was locked.

Excellent company. Couldn't be happier with what they provide

I was so happy I had finally found a platform to invest in. I signed up it went well. It was fine until I attempted to add my banking details and ID details for verification process and it has been two weeks since I have been waiting , They said their verification process takes 2 days maximum but now it has been almost 2 weeks! I sent them countless tickets only to be replied by an automated response email. And the funny part is how they can't help me verify my details but send marketing emails to deposit money that I won't be able to withdraw. My experience is disappointment. The site works for some people but for me , it was a waste of time.

the app showed a stock sell price which amounted to R18000+ but I only got invoice for a R15000 meaning I lost because of their error and they expect me to be ok with some spreadsheet showing prices which can be self edited ... very disappointed while they can make profits from you even if you lose money but won't pay you what their app show you 30 minutes after the market open ... I so regret investing so much money just to lose and then they still have this thing where they will charge you some fee after making so much loses ??? this is a rip-off app I would not recommend ... there are better apps out there just be patient and do a little research on the top 50 trading apps I have had better luck on the top 3 by investing less money ... they don't charge you a cent to make your trades like this easyequities with all their costs behind every single trade ... in order to make a profit you need to remember what they asked to make the trade and then the more you make the more they ask to sell on profit so basically if you make a R1000 profit and they asked you R500+ to execute a trade when you bought it ..and then ask more to sell the trade than what you bought it for.. meaning they make money and you lose money plus I'm sure the broker also make money on his spread after placing the trade so they make even more money... other platforms don't ask you for money they make their money on the spreads only meaning you can sell at 0 cost and if it shows profit of R100 its 100% yours not like easy where you have to calculate what you were charged to make the trade and then what the selling of the stock will cost you so you must add this together to and subtract it from the profit to see what you made which will be far less than what they made from your activity.

cant trust this app at all can't wait to get back what I invested and part ways with these crooks

EasyEquities is preventing me to withdraw my money, by not verifying my Bank accounts, I have submitted to them 3 different Bank accounts a 2 month ago. Custom service is not responding at all. I have send more then 10 e-mails to supply the necessary Bank documents. They are all legitimate account statements. There has not been any assistance from EasyEquities to resolve this issue. They send lots of automated e-mails, but they do not contain any steps to clarify any problem. To keeping the funds of a customer by not responding is certainly is a criminal act which would make them liable. Unfortunately they are not operating under a Banking license, so there is no protection for me or any other customer to get your money back. The company provides only e-mail support, which looks like its not compiled by humans.

It is easy to use not complicated, and affordable investment plans as much as R10 etc...

I ha deposited 423 they Locked my r50 for which reason no reason

I deposited funds in my account,it has been two months and still have not reflected in my EE account..Up to today no one has resolved the issue

Easy Equities is an excellent company to deal with. Offers a great service, affordable fees, and a great platform on local and foreign markets.
