Lost in my career. Felt very behind. Found EasyClimb and I've just finished my first session, but it was VERY informational. This got me on the path that I needed and I'm very excited to move forward. The mentors are very knowledgeable and nice which helps a lot. 100% would recommend even if you're not directly ready to interview.

I first came across EasyClimb on Discord -- they host weekly system design battles that are super entertaining and informative. I got great practice by participating in the session, then went to take a mock interview / feedback session at EasyClimb. The mentor evaluated my performance in a surprising amount of detail, and gave me so many ways in which I could improve my outcomes -- both with minor tweaks and topics to study.

I took these lessons to a Databricks system design interview for a senior engineer position. I passed the interview with flying colors. I owe a lot to the feedback and mentorship through the program.

This is a service I could recommend to anyone on their engineering job hunt -- they seem to be able to provide mentorship for all levels.

Both parts were excellent practice, and Harry helped me figure out where I could improve on both fronts. Once you get your basic fundamentals taken care of with algorithms and data structures, there is a whole world of System Design that needs to be learned. I worked with Harry for over a few weeks and he helped me understand a lot of my issues. Because of those sessions, now when I am re-reading Alex Wu System Design interview, things make more sense. Also just the idea of system level thinking has opened up my mind to how to view the world!!

When I passed the Microsoft OA and was invited for the final round interview, I knew I wanted to be as prepared as possible. This was my first time interviewing with Big Tech, and as a new grad, I wanted to land a job that would propel me in my career.

Harry really did a good job of providing an all-around assessment of my skills. As I was already good with coding Leetcode, we quickly moved from the coding aspect towards low-level design and practiced talking through code and design decisions. We reviewed design patterns and I was able to watch one of the systems design sessions where Harry went over a high-level design of Uber. This was especially helpful for me as I hadn’t practiced these aspects of interviewing nearly as much as I had grinded Leetcode.

The practice and knowledge that I gained from these sessions really helped me excel in my interview rounds and land the position. I can only recommend a session with Harry if you are looking to hone your interviewing skills.

I booked 11 sessions with EasyClimbTech. 9 of which with Harry Jacobs, and 2 with Seth. Harry elevated my understanding of the system by a ton(reflecting on the sessions and studying on my own also contributes here), and Seth by far the most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to DS&A(he's top 0.2% on leetcode or something). They truly care about their students and are very responsive. I highly recommend booking an evaluation session and see how they can help you. Keep in mind that this still means that you need to put in a lot of work for you to reach your goal. Besides that, 10/10 service.

I contacted easyclimbtech after failing a couple interviews. I had studied leetcode a bunch, on my own, but I just wasn't grasping certain concepts. Additionally, my nerves during interviews certainly didn't help and my confidence was low. I was paired with my mentor, Seth, and from day one Seth gave me a solid game plan after our evaluation session. He was able to identify my weak points, and thoroughly explain DP concepts that I otherwise couldn't have. He assigned me problems specifically tailored to my needs and weaknesses. After 3 sessions with easyclimbtech I felt ready for my next interview. I'm happy to say I was able to land an Amazon internship for this summer.

I received a very detailed feedback on my coding interview performance and instructions on how to communicate with the interviewer.

I am a junior student looking for summer internships and had a mock interview with one of the engineers. We went through a detailed overview of my resumé and then I had 3 leetcode type of questions ranging in difficulty.
The entire process was very informative especially because I had to code on google docs like most onsite interviews. The engineer gave me an honest feedback on what I could do to take my interviewing skills to the next level. If you perform well then, it is a good opportunity to get a strong referral to a big tech company.
Overall, I really suggest their services to people aiming for early career roles in big tech companies. I would say that it is most beneficial if you have an upcoming interview or if you want a better idea of which areas you should be focusing while prepping for interviews.
