Really good experience - design was great as was the delivery /standard of goods
We went to Easy Bathrooms on the recommendation of our decorator/tiler. There was so much to choose from. We asked for particular items that weren't available however Stevie was able to sought these for us, so we were able to have the en-suite of our dreams. The service was excellent by the staff and from choosing the items to delivery was very quick. 11/10
When I decided to have a new bathroom re-fit the staff at Easy bathrooms in Willerby were very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially Susan who guided me through my choices and advised me, also remaining very patient when I kept changing my mind. They kept me informed of the stages and processes and made sure I was happy with everything.
It’s a great showroom to show or let customers visit to get an idea of styles they may not have thought about, the staff are also very knowledgeable & proving a 3d image to show the client what they have chosen to make sure it’s right.
When I went into the store I had good service. However I made it clear I wanted an horizontal radiator. The radiator which arrived had brackets for a vertical radiator. I have now had to pay for additional brackets as I was told I couldn’t just change the brackets.
Today Sunday 1st Feb 2026 The customer service was an appalling the female that we spoke to was not a bit interested, she carried on tapping away at her computer while talking ! We hadn’t finished asking detail and started to talk to another customer so we left went elsewhere and excellent service!

From the design process right the way through to delivery the customer service was excellent. We didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and the knowledge of the staff helped us pick a bathroom perfect for the space we had. Very impressed
NOT SO EASY BATHROOMS.
It is not often I feel I have to write a review, but I feel members of the public who are contemplating purchasing a new bathroom, should note the issues I have had to deal with. Then you can decide. We purchased new items for two bathrooms on 1st September, with the intention of working on one, finishing it, then moving onto the second bathroom. Given information about a bathroom fitter at time of purchase. Delivery arranged for Monday 3rd November along with bathroom fitter to come at same time. Phone call received 30th October, stating not delivering now as some items missing. After brief conversation the delivery was confirmed for the 3rd, but with items missing. PLEASE NOTE, This is kerbside delivery. If you do not have anywhere to store a lot of items please be mindful. If you are elderly please note, the weight of some items can be extremely heavy. A 75 Kilo shower tray for instance will take at least two to move it upstairs' The delivery drivers do not take anything upstairs for you. This is your responsibility. Monday the 3rd, driver arrives on time and moves the items off the lorry to a garage area, over two kerbs. Video footage of these pallets being moved was shown to Easy bathroom staff. PLEASE NOTE. According to Easy bathrooms Customer Services, you should now check everything on the pallets, remove all the cardboard, wrappings, polythene, tape, boxes and anything they have delivered to make sure it is free from damage AND your bathroom fitter cannot start until 5 days after delivery. This is paragraph 3.7 in the contract. PLEASE NOTE, 3.7 on the leaflets in the shop is different to paragraph 3.7 in the email received from customer services. The shop manager has never heard of this 5 days delay with your bathroom fitter from the point of delivery. The email we received after purchase, confirming the contract did not have this information in it either. MY POINT, here is if you need to check every single item, you will need lots of space. So my initial problem, was opening the packages. We found broken tiles and a broken mirror. PLEASE NOTE. To get these items replaced, you have to take photos, send the photo to customer services, purchase new items again, before a refund will be given and those items have to be taken back to the store.
The bathroom fitter and I then took the shower tray (65kilos)up to the bathroom, two days later after delivery, as the old one had to be removed. The shower tray was warped and completely unusable. As previously mentioned, I had to take photos, send to Customer Services, and had to purchase a new shower tray, and return the warped one back to easy bathrooms, before refunding any money. A new but different shower tray was ordered and would arrive 3 days later. When it arrived, it was left at the kerbside with myself and the bathroom fitter. This was 75 kilos. We took this upstairs and upon opening the tray, it was damaged and had been cut to length to fit the size I needed. Surprise surprise, we had to take photos again and complete the same process. Customer services on this occasion, promised me they would quality control the new item. But delivery was the following week, causing a further delay. Therefore we took the decision to start the second bathroom, as we were paying the bathroom fitter for his time. This meant we had to leave the house on a night time to get showered elsewhere as neither bathrooms were working. The following week the third shower tray arrived. Damaged and not quality checked at all. I refused the item and immediately contacted the customer support team, to be told, “WE WILL REFUND YOU, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”.I refused and explained to them what customer services meant. A fourth shower tray was sent. Finally after 4 weeks we had both bathrooms fitted and completed, thanks to the Bathroom fitter who was excellent. We sent an email to the customer services department about the poor standard of service we received. Basically they said this was all our own doing. Words sometimes fail me. We will not recommend Easy bathrooms to anyone.
