First I would say DO NOT open a trade account.

I opened mine on 4th April and despite best efforts I still do not have my order attached to my account. I still don't have a referral code.

Second, communication is appalling, once they have your deposit money 33% of order in my case £5000 they have no interest in letting you know what's going on. I eventually had a fitter call who said the job would start on 8th June, nothing in writing, no confirmation nothing to say when delivery of goods will be.

I think they deliberately drag out fitter visit so you go beyond your cancellation window of 30 days.

This is a supply and install and most reviews seem to be supply only and the experience vastly different

Most trades and trade suppliers will acknowledge receipt of deposit if they take one. Give an expected date of a fitter visit if required, let you know expected delivery of goods and expected day fitting starts. All in writing.

Most reputable companies will take final payment after bathroom is fitted, easy bathrooms take it all up front and judging on the shambles so far I can't see installation being a quality job.

On a positive note the stores are nice, staff are pleasant no hard sale. But from then on it's hopeless. Special mention to Lorraine and Lillie who have tried to sort the trade account out.

Would I recommend.. from my experience so far not a chance.

We have recently purchased 2 bathroom suites from this company. We dealt with a gentleman called Gary. We have never replaced our bathrooms so we were nervous.

Gary took us under his wing, calmed us down and planned our bathrooms for us. Nothing was too much for him and without his input the bathrooms would not be as brilliant as they are. We are very happy with the service we received and I would in a heart beat recommend him to anyone. We cant thank Gary enough for what he has done for us. From us both thank you.

The equipment purchased is of high quality and delivery was perfect.

Service in shops all good, the issue i had on two out of the three deliveries was that of the delivery drivers. I know you sub contract the delivery aspect out to a 3rd party, but they need to realise they are ambassadors for your company, and they just werent helpful

Very good experience when visiting the Warrington store, Tom and Gary where both very helpful and knowledgeable regarding there products, pleasure to deal with 👍🏼

Great service all round

The staff at Easy Bathrooms were knowledgeable, helpful & very professional. We always try to shop ‘local’ & it was great to be able to walk around the showroom & see the ‘mock’ bathrooms. The CAD drawings were very useful. All fixtures were delivered on time & without fault. The plumber we used, Scott Murphy, Quinessential Bathrooms was also an excellent choice. He was one of the ones recommended by Easy Bathrooms.

We ordered tiles and vanity units from Easy Bathrooms 7 weeks before we needed them. We were told the tiles were out of stock and would come back in to stock at the end of August so delivery was booked after this.
The date came around and nobody from Easy Bathrooms contacted us so we rang them, they then told us they hadn’t come in stock and wouldn’t be in stock for another 6 weeks, which was past our deadline. The alternative they offered was not like for like and we had to cancel and source them elsewhere, which was an inconvenience. I would recommend that unless items are in stock that you do not buy them, don’t listen to dates that they give regarding when stock will come back in.
We then had a discussion with two members of staff about worktops and why some had pre-drilled tap holes. We were told that the one without a tap hole was made of composite material and could be easily drilled. When it was delivered it was made of stone and not possible to be drilled. I contacted the manager of the branch and they said one of the members of staff had now left the company. The manager knows which member of staff we spoke to about the worktops so clearly remembers the conversation we had, but is using this as an excuse to not take any responsibility or put it right. They have referred us to their head office who we will contact to try to come to a resolution. With so many customers now shopping online we wanted to visit a store to get the customer service experience, but in this instance it was not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend our experience with Easy Bathrooms and would urge you to proceed with caution if there are any queries about materials and what can be cut/drilled by your bathroom fitter.

The toilet provided had a very large hole for the flush bung provided which leaked.
My plumber came out 3 times and eventually gave up and requested a replacement pan.
Which Easy bathroom's provided, with no quibble, however the next pan was exactly the same.
Resulting in a very frustrated plumber accompanying me to the showroom with 2 pans explaining the leaking bung seal situation.
A refund on the toilet was provided but 1 month of plumbing issues and leaking bung seal was the result.
Ended up out of pocket after paying my plumber for his time.
The staff in the showroom were very good in helping but felt let down by the products provided.

Purchased new bathroom suite and tiles from Warrington branch. Excellent service from start to finish. Staff really helpful and polite but did not ‘harass’ you when looking around showroom. Dealt with Gary at Warrington branch who was so helpful with all our queries straight away. Bathroom suite and tiles great quality at good price. No issues with damaged items when delivered. Would recommend Easy Bathrooms.

Helpful staff with a wide choice of products and most importantly competitive prices

Easy to order, did not have to wait long, delivered on time, superb service when needed to have order corrected and also order additional, tiles are great looking Miramar White Matt Porcelain 600x600mm , whilst wanted polished I reverted to Matt for safety in the kitchen, actually surprised how great the Matt looks after fitting

Visited the Warrington branch after a previously excellent experience. Our sales advisor Gary insisted on us buying almost 50% more tiles than we needed, on the basis we could return them. Whether or not it says you can’t return tiles in the terms and conditions is irrelevant. It says speak to the adviser for more information, and he told us we could return the extra. It feels like he deliberately over sold me tiles to the tune of around £100. After complaining to the main sales office they seem to condone this behaviour, simply hiding behind their terms of sale.

If you order from this company, do not fall for their pitch of grossly over ordering boxes of tiles. Don’t believe the promise that you can return them, because you cannot.
