Friendly staff in Stoke branch. Easy to deal with. Lots of good quality items on sale. Great variety all set out in interesting sets. Bought radiator. Bath and sink. Delivery on time. Would recommend.

Friendly staff good customer care effiecent ordering system it was a pleasure going into store.

Regarding a bathroom install everything was fitted fine then the gold radiator started to peel on the top bar which wasn’t there after install have contacted easy bathrooms which there reply was it must have bin done during installation which is nonsense as I have pictures when it was finished and wasn’t there then ? They are refusing to replace it and with havin all my bathroom materials off them I may look elsewhere as I have 5/6 bathrooms booked in and don’t want problems in the future

Excellent cosmetic job initially, then a few hiccups experienced has resulted in me not giving 5 stars.
The hiccups dealt with now and communication good overall getting matters rectified.
Compliments to Asa who came out to sort and Steve who has done a great job of my ceiling.
Much appreciated for the quick action to rectify EB team and thank you.

I would 💯 avoid buying anything from any Easybathroom stores i bought a complete shower room from EasyBathroom in stoke on trent on leek road after the Glass end panel was faulty and was leaking water out went back to the store was told we cant help you speak to head office spoke to Tom at first on number of occasions going back and forth sending loads of videos photos they was blaming the fitter its not been installed correctly at the end they replaced the end panel when the new panel arrived and fitted we still had the same issue its issue with the glass sealant till today its not been sorted afer speaking to David was told use silicone on the glass just seal it from the outside of the glass avoid buying anything from them paid lot money for the shower went to a waste .

Well let me start with the shop staff who were very helpful every time we dealt with them. As for the installation manager and team , hopeless. We have been 15 months from start to finish with various problems including a leak , caused by their fitter which we waited 9 months to be rectified , to different shades of wallboards which according to a different fitter ‘wasn’t his problem’.
Their product is fine but the after sales and installations leave a lot to be desired. You never get a return phone call and emails get passed on but never acknowledged.

Great design.
Very poor ordering and delivery. Your order is simply dumped at your door. No care. My shower screen fell off the trolley and went flying on the floor. Please check your order quickly. I had lots of items missing

The staff at the Leek Rd branch were extremely helpful and friendly, offering advice when asked. They helped in supplying a vanity worktop for my fitted bathroom furniture. They also provided after sales support with a shower that I had bought. Many thanks to your team.

There's such a good range of bathrooms displayed it's difficult to choose but worry not. The staff know their products and are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in guiding you through the choices. My bathroom now complete and I love it. Many thanks

Paid £60 for delivery, items were dumped in a pallet on the drive. Had to get neighbours and family to unload and put inside property.

Where do I start !!
First Bathroom installation was such a poor installation that even the Installation Manager admitted the only way to rectify it was to rip it out and start again. No appreciation of the emotional turmoil that this caused us!!
A month later the 2nd installation was much better but still a poor finish in certain respects, eg who on earth would fit an extraction fan into the loft space !!! Beggars belief!
Even when we complained to the installation manager that a few cosmetic faults still remained that the new fitter couldn’t fix them all, and in fact created a few more issues !!!
Easy Bathroom products are top notch , but please find your own installation team- I would NOT recommend Easy Bathrooms to fit their own products

We decided to purchase our ensuite & bathroom from Easy Bathrooms as we had previously used them to refit our bathrooms whilst living down South. The two guys we dealt with were lovely, one finding me an ex copy of a book and price list from their own cupboard stock.
We booked an appointment with Sharon who helps to design bathrooms, sets it out on software to show the final result. Sharon from the Hanley branch took us around the store knowing exactly where to show examples of items like bathroom work tops, shower doors and toilets. It was great to see that Sharon had vast experience in dealing with people, was friendly and approachable. I cannot comment yet on delivery and goods because they are scheduled to be fitted in June, however if this goes as smooth as our previous bathrooms fit then we will be very happy.

We recently had our new bathroom from Easy Bathrooms in Hanley ! John from start to finish helped us pick from designs, help with floor plans, going through all the costings, delivery times, ordering process making what we thought would be a difficult process a very easy one ! Communication was excellent and the Bathroom itself all finished looked amazing ! We have decided to move and guess where we were today yes Easy Bathrooms choosing our new dream with John at hand to help ! Amazing from start to finish !

David and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of buying our new bathroom. They accommodated our requests and helped to point out important aspects that we hadn't considered. The bathroom fittings are high quality, delivery was efficient and they kindly sorted out swapping our shower screen at short notice. Highly recommended.

Always a friendly welcome at Stoke from the whole team who are happy to let us spend as long as we like looking at all the bathroom layouts. Excellent service!
