Excellent service. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Quality of goods superb. I was unhappy (my fault) with the purchase of a toilet and the staff were very good in helping me to exchange it for another one. Would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.

Great quality products
Great quality products , knowledgeable sales staff. I've been fitting Easy Bathrooms merch for 3 and a half years now , probably fitting 20+ bathrooms a year supplied by Easy Bathrooms. Instances of faulty foods being delivered are minimal , and when it has occurred the product has been exchanged , usually withn 3 days . Excellent company and would fully reccomend ! Thank you Jeanette and Sarah 😊

Good quality products
The items we chose are of very good standard, however I do feel the delivery charge is unnecessary & very high after spending so much money with your company.

Really helpful manager who went to great lengths to explain the options, what was possible, the differences in the different shower cubicals fixtures and illuminated cabinets.

Great Tiles but experience not so great
The tiles I purchased were perfect and of great quality.
If you are using this company make sure that you order just enough tiles as they won't take back any surplus! I've got 6 full boxes of tiles worth over £150 that they wont take back. Apparently its noted on their invoices - which i didn't receive until I received the tiles.
