Our October 2025 bathroom installation turned into a frustrating, months-long process due to terrible quality control. We received four consecutive defective or incorrect radiator replacements. Resolving this finally required removing tiles last week to install a model with different fixings.Customer service from Easy Bathrooms was non-existent. We had to chase them constantly for updates, and their response times were very poor.The project gets 2 stars solely because of the excellent frontline staff. The Rugby showroom team worked hard to support a resolution, and the fitters themselves were superb. Head office let them down.

The man that served us was very helpful, we went to the Nuneaton branch first and walked out not helpful

Over calculating large size tiles based on ‘an Additional row to cover any breakages or walls being slightly off plum’ - great when you have small tiles, however I chose 1200 x 600 size and have a surplus of 16 sq meters of tiles left over from a main bathroom and an en-suite refit - terrific, they do not accept returns on tiles onus on the customer to ensure correct quantity is ordered. Scare tactics that if you don’t order enough there is no guarantee that they can supply some more of the same range/pattern

I just bought some tiles.
Found some nice ones in store, bought one to take home. Liked it. Used the qr code (genius!) to order more. Picked them up, stuck them on. Job done!

It take too long time for delivery and the consultant was very rude.

Unfortunately the basin and unit supplied did not match and after swapping to the new design I was advised that planing the mdf support and refitting all at my cost and which considering the time and expense of a fitter was very disappointing. Would not use again

The delivered tiles were similar but not the same as the ordered tiles. And then we tried to reorder but the batch number could not be found. Took a few days to find 4 more tiles

Can't fault the Easy Bathrooms team, who were excellent from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with our designer Alexandra in Rugby Store who was attentive to detail, knew best products for our price range and did her utmost best for our project to fit in with our complicated schedule. The fitting team headed by Richard were equally superb - true professionals who understand the trade and gave us great advice & best solutions with some non-standard plumbing issues our house had. The communication both through the design and the fitting stages was second to none - every item was fitted exactly where we wanted. It was amazing to watch the initial 3D designs come to life. Highly recommend.

I was assured the sink I was buying would come with fittings it did not. The sales person was not friendly at
all.

Good quality products. Great staff especially Dean who was extremely patient and helpful with decision making on the design and accessories.
