Fantastic service as always by the team at Easy Bathrooms, Jack, Steve, Mark & Venus are all very helpful and always go above and beyond to ensure your designs, orders and delivery go as smooth as possible. If there are any problems with any issues at all they will always deal with them promptly. I have been supplying customers with Easy Bathrooms products to my customers for over 7 years and wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommended for customer service and product quality at a great price.

Good experience in show room. Excellent displays and friendly, professional advice.
Delivery was fine and my reduction of one star reflects broken unit surface inside an undamaged box. Having said that, the situation was resolved satisfactorily.

Choosing a bathroom can be daunting, especially when ordering. Steve talked us through the process and ensured all the different components were ordered. He worked with us to ensure deliveries went smoothly and when we realised we had made a mistake the product was exchanged without any issues. We would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms, they know what they are doing, easy!

I had no idea what I needed to buy, Mark guided me very patiently through the process and offered his advise and even came to visit my home to check on drainage etc

It was quite a pleasant transaction from start to finish. However I give a 4 instead of a 5 star just because I request 50m2 of tiles which include 10% wastage and was told to include 30% and we are now left with 10 boxes not used and you won't take back. That is the only shortfall and when considering the space needed to store them taken notice of the weight and money spent we are not very impressed. Regarding the delivery men, they are brilliant, chatty and very respectful.

Quality of items purchased is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful with a good knowledge.

Products seem great, when they arrive undamaged. Which unfortunately for us, did not happen. It took multiple replacements for us to get a complete bathroom suite, taking our 2 week renovation to over 7 weeks.
Buyer beware, items are shipped from the warehouse in very basic packaging-just a line of film over fascias and doors, then a cardboard cover. More than 50% of the items we ordered were found to be damaged.
Eventually they offered to check replacement items over before leaving the warehouse, and in the case of the shower screen return, advised us that they had none that were not damaged. Their solution? Have your money back! Not acceptable when we had designed the whole bathroom around the screen, and had already installed all the rest of the parts in the shower area!
Tiles arrived broken in half, and the shower unit was faulty, resulting in another delay whilst a replacement part was issued.

Shame really, the staff in store were really helpful and knowledgeable-but until they sort their supply chain out I recommend you avoid! Total nightmare of an experience

Told when sold parts would be available for 10 years.
Then told toilet fixes never known them break, Well our fixing cracked, crumbled and snapped.
Then the saga began! When I chased delay told not heard from technical team, then stores were having difficulties. Plus could not replace single fitting had to buy whole toilet seat. I ordered two to cover future problems as lost confidence in company.
It took months and when they arrived they differ from original fixings meaning both have to be replaced as pins thicker.
The quality chrome releasing buttons replaced by dull colour plastic.
Centres now 125mm apart not 175mm. Although I was told after you have loosened old fixings and bashed them through the sealed toilets you can fix new ones and adjust to fit. This is because he had never been able to remove old fixings? Which is strange due to he never had any problems with them before? Never answered the phone so timed my chasing when in the area. Friendly staff but let down by technical team & stores plus maybe under staffed hence not answering phone??
