Shocking customer service
Popped into place an order for a new bathroom, customer service absolutely shocking!! Got ignored by the guy we needed to talk to as he obviously had better conversations to have and when he decided he was free to talk there was absolutely no enthusiasm from him. Unfortunately good bathrooms but please sort your customer service out or give the guys some training !!!!! Also not ideal having a screen behind the desk when or your details are displayed to the rest of the customers in store! Surely this can't happen? We could see other customers details!! In the future will go back to use the Kettering store

Couldn't fault Easy bathrooms
From start to finish Easy bathrooms were amazing, when we entered their showroom 'we had a warm welcome no pressure had a look around and was very impressed with their design and layout, so much so we came back a week later and placed an order with them.
Now all installed and had it finished 3 weeks ago now, it looks amazing, we had to order extra's during the build but they came up trumps...in a matter of days they were delivered. Can not fault them.
Thanks to all at Northampton Easy bathrooms..bloody awesome 👌

Bathroom Northampton - Brackmills
Products good and sent out on time, shared details of a trusted plumber who did a fantastic job - Chris Carter.
Only disappointed element is we had a pack of 2 large tiles left £70 unused still packaged and not damaged we were not allowed a refund, considering it was designed in store and with measurements

Staff in showroom were so helpful, the ladies in the office kept me up to date the whole way through, the delivery department also very good even the driver calling me when on their way, drivers were lovely helping me get the goods in the relevant place @ my work address. Will defo be ordering again when the extension is completed. BIG THANK YOU to all STAFF XX
