The whole team Monty, Liam and Masih were fantastic. They really helped us to build our bathroom to the finest detail. 10/10 knowledge and service. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much. Highly recommend

on’t go here, spent over 2 thousands pounds on tiles, ended out saying didn’t they didn’t have floor tiles and we had already payed for them! Ended up with 4 and a half boxes of feature wall tiles over that were expensive, and had to spend another £125 on wall tiles, all because I trusted their sales persons quote when I gave my bathroom sizes, also over a full box of tiles split in the same place and basically the company have dismissed everything….AVOID THIS COMPANY

Our feedback team has been made aware of this review and are disappointed that you had to leave a review regarding your experience.
We do ask for all calculations of tiles to be checked by the customer or installation team to confirm that the amounts ordered is correct. Plus, we also recommend ordering extra if any are required in the future - just in case as stock quantities roll on a daily basis and the same batch may not be guaranteed to be available. We do stipulate this within our terms and conditions and our teams do have to follow these.

Fantastic Experience!
I had such a fantastic experience with Easy Bathrooms! Steph was absolutely amazing – so patient, friendly, hardworking & incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her & she really went out of her way to make sure everything was just right. Her help & advice made the whole process so easy & enjoyable – she’s an absolute star!
The range of bathrooms to choose from was outstanding, with something to suit every style & budget. So many beautiful designs! I couldn’t be happier with the quality, value & service I received.
Huge thanks to Steph & the whole Easy Bathrooms team – you made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple & exciting. I’d 100% recommend Easy Bathrooms to anyone!

Good quality products
We purchased some bathroom furniture and tiles from Easy Bathrooms in Newcastle upon Tyne. Staff were very helpful. Ordered on Sunday delivered the following Wednesday, all items were correct and handled with care. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Really impressed with the tile quality, cuts well and grout cleans off very easy.
