I am a trader and have been using Easy Bathrooms for the last 4 years, the service from all the designers at the Leicester branch are superb, quality, delivery and prices are great, i never get let down.

If i was looking for a bathroom myself i would certainly make Easy Bathrooms my first port of call.

Friendly and helpful staff in your Leicester store. Order process straightforward and the WC we bought of good design and quality - excellent value for money.

We have just undertaken a large home improvement project, part of which included a new family bathroom and en suite. We needed somewhere where we could see examples of bathroom suites, toilets, taps, showers, flooring and tiles in one place.

I went into the Leicester store on the off chance and was first greeted by Aiden. Having had no idea what we wanted or even what our budget was initially, Aiden was excellent at helping me reduce an overwhelming task into something much more manageable.

I left him with the measurements of both rooms and a very basic idea of the items we needed. We were looking for quality but at a reasonable price. Even with a very broad mandate, Aiden very quickly designed both rooms.

From here, my wife and I made an appointment with Aiden to look through the items on display to finalise what we wanted that would suit our needs.

There were a lot of decisions to be made and Aiden was very patient with us, listened attentively, was completely honest with us and we never felt like we were being pushed into anything. We tweaked a few things after that appointment and Aiden was very accommodating and understanding.

We also dealt with his colleagues, Cece, Anthony and James who were all extremely polite and helpful and together with Aiden, are a credit to the firm, going above and beyond the service I would usually expect.

The items were delivered in a timely fashion and are of the highest quality. Any small issues we had were dealt with very easily and having the local store to deal with at those times was invaluable.

Will definitely return to this store and recommend.

We went into the Leicester store to find tiles for our wetroom revamp and also wanted none slip for the floor, we knew what colour we wanted Anthony approached us to see if we wanted any help we told him what we were looking for, and he took us to some R10 tiles and the colour we wanted.
We found Anthony to be be helpful and knowledgeable about his tiles ( job done) we paid for the tiles Anthony arranged the tiles to be delivered in 2 month’s time when our tiler was coming.
Delivered on the day on time would definitely use again, they have a huge amount of Displays & Tiles

Had the pleasure of being assisted by James and Aidan on several occasions. Both went above and beyond to help. So patient and helpful. CC also showed great customer care when I entered the branch. She stopped serving her customers to offer to get someone off their lunch to assist me so I was not kept waiting! You rarely get one exemplary member of staff to assist you never mind 3! Fab customer care. Best service received by every member of staff anywhere, ever! Highly recommended.

I’m not normally one for writing a review but this company really did need calling out for a fantastic job. The Showroom manager in Leicester, James did a great job - not only helping with the design and choosing all the correct materials ( including lugging heavy tiles round the showroom and taking photos) but advising on technical requirements and liaising with the installation and supply team as necessary. He was incredibly patient, knowledgable and went above and beyond to provide a fully supported service.
The Installation team especially Constantin have also done a fantastic professional and flawless job taking care and time to ensure they understood exactly what I wanted - nothing was too much trouble and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thank you .

Great product, but let down by customer service. Was upsold tiles by sales adviser and told we could return unopened surplus stock. When we tried to arrange a return was told tiles could only be returned within 14 days of purchase. When I fed back this is not what we were advised by the sales adviser, we were then informed that tiles are non returnable. Seems Easy bathrooms are confused by their own policies

Now retired and wanted aged and worn bathroom totally replacing. Easy Bathroom Leicester Team and the installers did a tremendous job. At the planning stage the help in determining what was both practical and would have "most visual effect" advice ( thank you Aidan) took it from amateur to fantastic level , as confirmed by neighbors and family after completion. The actual products and tiles were all top class and well priced. Installation was great Constantin and Thomas did great work paying attention to every detail and working tirelessly.
Absolutely no hesitation recommending Easy Bathrooms.

Amazing staff

Went in today (on a Saturday) a supposedly busy day to buy tiles for my shop (75m2).
3 staff at the store with no other customers in sight. One of the staff (lady) has no manners or customer service. I am a business owner and this definitely is not how to run a store. I would avoid this place like a plague! No wonder the shop is completely empty!

Really pleased with the service and items ordered, the quality is really good and my bathroom looks lovely. Aidan at the Leicester store was very helpful through the process
