Expensive but good quality gear so can’t complain. Staff very helpful too

Great service, Maurice at the Holbeck Store couldn’t do enough for us, very knowledgeable and friendly he’s a great credit to your company. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful too. Products- love everything I purchased. Excellent quality. Very pleased with everything would highly recommend.

Had a very good feeling when I entered the showroom, and it turned oout to be correct, No pressure from salespeople, but plenty of help when needed. I delt with one contact Maurice throughout, Maurice was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional, We needed to make a change mid installation (our fault) this is when easy bathrooms really showed what they are about, they did everything they could to make sure we ended up with the bathroom we really wanted. Very impressed with their service and the flexible way they reacted to our self created problem.

The help and support received from the minute we walked in the door was second to none. Brilliant staff who are always happy to help. They can’t do enough for you. Very knowledgeable and provide honest opinions. When it came to paying our bill I must admit I was a little surprised at the final amount. It was higher than I was expecting but then when everything was delivered I understood why. I’ve never seen quality like the bathroom that was delivered. The shower itself was so heavy we could hardly lift it. Taps and accessories such as toothbrush holder all arrived individually wrapped in their own little dust bag, solid and excellent quality. I really would highly recommend shopping at easy bathrooms. The support doesn’t stop after delivery either. We had so many problems with our fitter, not supplied via the store, the guys were there to step in and help me again.

After visiting 3 or 4 bathroom companies, we finally visited the Easy Bathrooms showroom in Leeds and we spoke with Maurice who was very helpful when we had questions about our various options. We knew the look we wanted and he gave us really good advice about how to achieve that.

The whole process in the showroom was smooth and easy and storage for 8 weeks of our chosen bathroom elements was no problem. In the coming weeks we had a few questions and made some changes to our order - all of which was handled perfectly, giving us ultimate confidence in our purchase.

We could not be more delighted with our new bathroom.

Lewis helped with our order and was knowledgeable and helpful when sorting the order.
There was a part missing from the shower we ordered and Morris went over and above tracking the part down at a different store (as stores had to order the part from Spain with a long lead time). He found one and arranged for the store to get it to us. Couldn't have asked for more

Brilliant service and great product.
We ordered some floor tiles and a minor mixup with the collection from warehouse required sorting. Lewis at the Leeds branch was amazing. Reassuring and very effective in sorting the issue. Very happy with our tiles.

The 5 stars is for Maurice from the Easy Bathrooms Leeds showroom! His service was above and beyond to design the bathroom and make sure a delivery error was fixed within a day to keep our project on track.

I can't thank Maurice enough for his patience and professionalism, he made the experience so much more enjoyable, and special thanks to Lorraine too for helping me make a decision.

Great Service from the team at Leeds and Maurice in particular. We were after 3 separate bathrooms for our renovation project and from the point of arriving in store, Maurice was fantastic. Offering advice, practical suggestions on how we can make the rooms more useful and functional, and at times more cost efficient when needed. All whilst being patient to our many changes throughout the process. The final 3D/2D drawings were great and allowed us to visualise the rooms. Some minor delivery/product issues as you would expect from 3 big orders, but again these were all handled with professionalism, speed and flexibility which says a lot. I would really recommend heading to the Showroom at Royds Lane Leeds! We will be back

Service and delivery on time

Great prompt service. Although I couldn’t find what I wanted on the website the Leeds store advised they could source the item and this was ordered and delivered quickly. I was kept informed of the progress of my order. Couldn’t have asked for more and was above my expectations. Thank you.

Luckily we have the pleasure of dealing with Maurice Crag. We came here with no idea of how much a bathroom may cost and what we will need for our brand new home. We’d sat with Maurice and went through every detail, got a quote and retuned the next day to pay the deposit. He was so thorough with every detail and even explained and went above and beyond. 10/10 customer service and satisfaction ! He was super knowledgable and left us feeling completely in control and happy with our decision.
