Easy Bathrooms were recommended to me for my complete bathroom. I was supported by Alex (EB Hove), who was helpful, patient and thorough. The process was pain free for me and everything was planned by Alex. I gave him measurements and photos of the space and he planned it and showed me a 3D plan of how it would look. Alex was brilliant from start to finish. The quality of the bathroom fittings and the tiles is excellent and I’m delighted with the overall finish. Being reassured that what I had chosen was a huge aspect of the process having never done anything like this before. No damaged goods in transit either. Thank you so much. I would totally recommend Easy Bathrooms in Hove especially Alex.

Ordered 2 full bathrooms for a development - some items when unpacked were damaged ..
As we didn’t report immediately the Hove store wasn’t helpful and told us we were out of time.
I am a developer and i like the quality of the items but poor service when items need going back ..
It’s a shame but I won’t use again
I spent over 40k on 2 small projects

Good showroom. Helpful friendly sales staff. Chose new sink, tap and replacement top for the existing unit. Delivered in good time. Unfortunately our plumbers discovered the top was too narrow to fit our existing units when they came to install everything.

Do not use. All charm until paid them NO meaningful customer service after payment. Confusion on what would be delivered and what we needed to collect, lots of wasted driving around. Needed to add to the order as they had measured incorrectly and then item not dispatched as not paid for in time- they sent the payment link to an incorrect email/number and had not checked at time of taking order- as I had all receipts and plans I did not even think they would get this wrong. No one available to discuss concerns with on initial call 11.3.26, when called back no apology just told no order as above completed. As already secured builder to do the work I am mighty annoyed by this shoddy customer service.

The showrooms offer a wide variety of styles and choice. I was very impressed with the helpful cheerfulness of the sales staff and their advice when making a purchase. Would definitely recommend this business.

We purchased some items from Easy Bathrooms Hove and the service we received was excellent. When an issue arose following delivery of our items into store, Chris Noakes clearly communicated the position to us and presented options to resolve things. Thanks Chris for all your help; it was much appreciated. We will happily use Easy Bathrooms again and can highly recommend them.

I've been waiting for delivery for 3 weeks and no one can tell me when it will be delivered.

My “Easy” Bathrooms, “Simply” Install experience was, from start to finish, quite simply the worst I’ve ever had. I would not recommend anyone use this shambles of a company. Sadly I can’t upload images of the installation here, but the workmanship was so bad a new fitter had to be appointed to fix it, leading to nearly three months of disruption.

We went into the Hove branch of Easy bathrooms January 2025. The manager Chris was so helpful and had great tips for us to make one big bathroom into two.
We have now finished the project. We have two very attractive, useable smaller bathrooms. To save space the pipe work for both bathrooms was built into the shared wall and shared between the two bathrooms. Laurie who also works also at Hove has been really helpful as well.

My review is more about the product - the Bonito 1200x600 tiles we were sold were expensive, chipped easily, and were very challenging to get the pattern lined up. What's more, you can't just order a replacement tile in the pattern you require. Also, who knew that if you bought another 1200x600 tile from another supplier they're not really the same size, so don't line up. Live and learn.

I couldn't be happier with the service from Easy Bathrooms in Hove. I only dropped in to the store to find a replacement toilet and came away with all the contemporary fittings for my bathroom as well as the ideal tiles for my entrance hall, kitchen and corridor. Over two visits Harry allowed me all the time I needed to look through the store to make the right choices before helping me place the order. This is my new go-to store for bathrooms and tiling!

From start to finish staff were very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them.

I still have surplus equipment from my bathroom installation. Communication between departments, was terrible. The guy who installed the bathroom was great
