Easy Bathrooms - Grantham Recensioni 19

This is the second time we have used Easy Bathrooms and although the fitters where excellent boy do you pay the earth for the installation. They charged more for the installation than other firms did for the bathroom furniture and fitting combined. The only reason we paid the high price was everyone else was looking at a 6 month delay and we wanted this bathroom done quicker than that.
The main problem is that we had 5 boxes of tiles left over and trying to get a refund is being met with silence by Easy. They collected the unused items by courier not their own delivery team that delivered the order in the first place and since then we have heard nothing from either the shop or the installation team as to when we are to be refunded for the tiles that they estimated we needed but where not used.
If we had ordered the tiles ourselves and got it wrong fair enough but they told us what was needed and got it wrong and have therefore over charged us for goods not require but will not refund us.
We made the mistake of assuming they knew what was needed as they measured the room and took pictures to work out the quote. Obviously they don't know what they are doing and will not admit they made a mistake.

Have a lovely bathroom, Vero at the Grantham branch was so helpful in sorting it all. It takes a while to choose everything and needed 2 visits. Then they sub contract the installers who were also excellent (omc design) and have another team on hand to help with any issues during that time, they sent out replacement parts needed straight away.

Received all the goods on time and all correct also great staff in store .
Would use again.

Showroom staff were extremely helpful & patient on my numerous visits. The product supplied is excellent quality and arrived on the date advised. The delivery driver was also very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Really helpful at first then when tiles arrived they had the ratio wrong, but would not accept this. Ended up up with many tiles unwanted and will not refund and not enough of others which resulted in me out of pocket again as workmen could not get on until rectified. Will never recommend. Disgraceful treatment

Easy bathroom has gone out of there way to help with our bathroom I can't fault them in anyway the staff are polite helpful and amazing from design to every little detail if I needed to alter something it wasn't a problem thank you so much easy bathrooms

Second time we’ve used Grantham branch for a tiling project and both times we’ve been super impressed, especially with Vero the lovely sales lady who has advised and looked after us each time in such a friendly way.

We've had a great experience at Easy Bathrooms in Grantham. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have great displays and plenty of ideas for new bathrooms and fittings. We bought our new bathroom cabinet from them a few weeks ago and the quality is outstanding. Very well engineered and good value for money. Would definitely recommend them.

We recently bought our new bathroom suite from easy bathrooms in Grantham. It was the best experience and Rowanne couldn’t have been more helpful and she certainly knows her stuff! We would definitely recommend them their service was second to none. Delivery also was great it arrived when they said it would and the delivery men were great too 😊😊

Visited many bathroom showrooms before I found Easy bathrooms at Grantham. Everything I wanted was there. Amazing products and very friendly and professional staff. I dealt with Vero who was so knowledgeable and professional. Items came quickly and my new bathroom is amazing.
