Ordered 2 items of furniture and a sink, all items were supposed to be delivered on 20 February. Furniture arrived but sink did not as it "was damaged in transport". Over 4 weeks later, back and forward between Easy Bathrooms and DHL and I am still waiting on a replacement sink. All of the fault seems to be lying with the delivery company - DHL. If it hasn't been damaged or delayed then they cannot deliver until next working day, next working day arrives and still no delivery. Continuous cycle here!! Just want the sink delivered but getting absolutely no where. Easy Bathrooms after 4 weeks and a lot of patience can you send me out my sink, if your usual courier cannot fulfil your obligation then why are you not using another company?? Patience is wearing thin!!!

I regularly buy bathroom products from Easy Bathrooms Glasgow, and I honestly can’t fault them. The level of service is consistently excellent and makes a real difference when you’re trying to get projects right.

A special mention to James and Dan, who are both absolute credit to the business. They’re knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to help — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. The wider team are just as helpful, friendly, and reliable, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Great product range, solid advice, and a team you can genuinely trust. It’s refreshing to deal with a showroom where customer service is clearly a priority. Highly recommended and I’ll continue using them without hesitation.

I visited Easy Bathrooms recently and was genuinely impressed.

The showroom is exceptionally well laid out across two floors, with excellent lighting and clearly thought-out displays. Each bathroom setup is easy to visualise in a real home setting, and the attention to detail in how everything is presented makes a huge difference.

One standout feature is their tile system — tiles are stored in pull-out drawers so you can easily compare finishes against different backdrops and displays. It’s a simple idea, but it works brilliantly and saves a lot of guesswork.

They stock almost everything you’d need to complete a bathroom project in one place — suites, furniture, tiles, brassware, showers, and fittings — all at very competitive prices for the quality on offer. The range is extensive without feeling overwhelming.

As someone who works in and around renovations, I can say this is one of the best bathroom showrooms I’ve been in. It’s well organised, well lit, and clearly designed to make the customer experience straightforward and enjoyable.

Visited Glasgow’s Seaward Street showroom today. Steven was helpful with advice and generous with his time.

I made the mistake of letting my bathroom installer choose the supplier for products which was Drench , everyone should know that easy bathrooms stock the exact same products and are more personable and nothing is a problem if a product is faulty . Steven in particular is a great guy to deal with , I will recommend easy bathrooms to friends band family .

Great selection of quality products to choose from and Steve the Sales Assistant spent a couple of hours with me showing different computer mock ups to enable me to finalise my choices.

Having decided to replace our en-suite and main bathroom we visited Easy Bathrooms in Glasgow. Steve was extremely helpful navigating our way through the vast amount of materials looking through brochures and 3d graphic images. We decided what we wanted and the process kicked in. The materials were delivered on time, the plumber and bathroom fitting team including the tiler were hard working, friendly and resolved problems without drama. The project was delivered to a very high quality, on time and on budget. We are delighted with the work from start to finish and have no hesitation in recommending Easy Bathrooms.

James was fantastic - he went through everything with us and was knowledgeable about what we would need. He was able to show us everything in the showroom and gave us great suggestions and recommendations when we were unsure. We bought everything for our bathroom and en-suite and felt that it was great value.

I contacted Easy Bathrooms for a complete bathroom revamp and I cannot thank them enough. From the moment I went to enquire until it was complete Steve in the Glasgow store looked after me; offered choices helped with things I never knew I should pay attention to! From design to completion I was looked after with exceptional patience, honesty and customer service. There were obstacles like with everything but Steve and Gerry was on top of all and offered solutions. The execution of the work was flawless and never had such a professional team in my house before. Highly recommended.

The staff that I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful if they tried,I was short on vocabulary from the consequences of having stroke they where very patient with me and made sure to double check everything.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.I found everything I needed in the showroom.There was a great variety to choose from, and very reasonably priced a couple of days later everything was delivered safe and intact.

Our bathroom renovation was completed 09/10/2025. Three weeks later the shower mobility seat pulled free from a brick wall. I contacted our installer who informed he couldn’t come until next week. I phoned Glasgow showroom who informed they don’t have their own installers. I will need to wait until original has free time to repair broken seat. Not good after sales service after spending £8,000

Terrible experience. Order was wrong and damaged but that wasn’t the issue , the company seem to subcontract their work and the installer was awful . The job ran over , he broke our boiler and had the attitude nothing to do with him , was using our furniture as a work table , realised there was a problem with a waste pipe , said he thought it would be ok and left it because he had to finish the job since he was going on holiday . Second time using the shower it leaked through the kitchen ceiling , we had to get another plumber to fix it and replace part of the wall he needed to cut through to fix it . Truly awful service , we wish we hadn’t have started the work and would never recommend or use them again
