Helpful planning and friendly staff through to very professional fitting great job all round

I had a bathroom fitted by this company over six months ago resulting in flood damage to my property. It has been one enormous battle which has left me exhausted and furious trying to get the property repaired. They are not returning any of my communications anymore and now I am resorting to bad reviews to try to get in touch with them. Now means I am going to be forced to take this through the legal route.

Friendly staff and Andrew knew exactly what I was after. Better still when he told me there was an offer on them. I picked the tiles up from the store, the guys loaded them into the car for me. I'd buy again when I need tiles for my bathroom.

I would not recommend this company my elderly parents were fobbed off by staff who clearly were not experienced and the tradesman that fitted it made numerous mistakes and also the plastic on the walls doesn’t match and there’s gaps in places and also if sunlight hits it it goes yellow absolutely terrible

The showroom has a good range of bathrooms & staff are very helpful.

This bathroom store has the best showroom near me, I visited a few in the area but this one has a great choice, which helps you with ideas & has very helpful staff.

My tiles also look great!

The sales person at Durham store was exceptional

Andrew and Abbie were friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of tiles and staff were professional and helped us to get our order sorted in a timely manner arranging delivery to our home. We have returned to select and buy more tiles for our second shower room after the excellent service we received first time round.

I am extremely happy with the quality and installation of my bathroom. Tilers and fitter did an excellent job. The extra work that had to be done was carried out without any fuss. Great attention to detail.

Ordered item over the phone at Durham branch, only to be told the delivery charge would be £45. After going online I could have purchased the same item and the delivery charge was £6.95. I contacted the branch again only to be told that was an estimated delivery charge. But then the lady said she could deliver it for £15. Sounds like she was just making prices up. I was told I would get £30 refunded after the delivery has been completed. I am not happy as I should have only paid £6.95 as stated on Easy bathroom’s website. This is just another issue I have had to deal with during dealing with this company, I don’t plan on doing business with Easy Bathrooms again in the future.

Rich & Conner were both extremely helpful and very helpful in assisting us the our new bathroom.
Would highly recommend giving this place a visit when purchasing your new bathroom

Customer service is a disgrace. Purchased a bathroom suite in January and said I would not need it until March. No problem the shop staff said. I received a phone call in February saying they would deliver. Okay I said. They put the pallet in my garage which sat for 10 weeks before a bathroom installation was available the first box opened was a sink unit The unit was damaged. I them placed the unit in my car and drove to the showroom. When I got to the shop and explained to the salesman his reply was take a picture and send them to the shop website and he would send them to customer services. 3 days later the salesman called me and said nothing they can do because we have had it more than 30 days. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never never never again will I purchase anything from them. Furthermore I will only give negative feedback on anyone asking me if I know any company that sells bathrooms

Abbie made the whole experience run smoothly

Just back from visit to the Durham branch. My wife and I were appreciative of the fact we could wander around without interruption while we decided on bath, shower, toilets and wash hand basins etc as well as tiles, panels etc. We informed the staff we would go away and decide on the items then be in touch to arrange for someone to call and measure up to see if the items would fit into the bathroom and shower room of the house. I informed them we would like some advice regarding the wall coverings etc prior to installation by them. At this point the whole atmosphere changed. We were told that unless a whole room was done by them, which included supply & fit of selected items, wall coverings and floors then it was a non starter. As we already had floor covering arranged with a separate supplier to be done when the rest of the house had new carpets etc I cannot understand why the installation of selected items and wall covering could not still be done but the female assistant was adamant it was all or nothing.
So much for the supposed free quotation and survey that the website bangs on about. Real shame as there were items we liked and would have ordered otherwise.

Staff are helpful, Tiles quality is good.
