Good units. Delivery could of been better

After a great experience in store your delivery service totally let you down.

Friendly, helpful and totally professional. Good all round.

Easy Bathrooms Blacburn, Blake so very helpful, so patient, nothing to much for him. Took time with me viewing the displays and answered any technical questions or any other questions I asked. Did not rush me or put any pressure on me to purchase. A relaxed approach made my experience a positive one. Thank you

Straightforward from the minute I walked in the showroom, I was planning a full bathroom refurbishment but was limited on time to plan due to work commitment’s,
The in store team recommended a bathroom fitter as didn’t have one and the team at blackburn made sure everything was handled for me with no stress at all.
The quality of the products is very good the finish looks amazing. I can highly recommend this company. No fuss, no stress, honest and reliable. Thank you for such a brilliant service.

Ordered new bathroom from Blackburn Store. Visited times before deciding what we wanted & dealt with 3 different members of staff. All were really understanding and helpful, we were very pleased & grateful for their assistance. Delivery arrived at agreed time & date and whilst delivery driver not particularly helpful, goods purchased all arrived in good condition & as per order. Only one slight problem, shower didn't come with any fittings - screws etc. No problem, fittings re-ordered free of charge without any fuss or query. Can't fault the staff at the Blackburn Showroom, many thanks.

Good quality sink, quick delivery & helpful staff instore. We were given the space to explore the showroom without feeling like we had to buy something. When we made enquiries staff were super helpful & polite. I’d highly recommend 👍🏾

Two deliveries of tiles needed as there were not enough of the same batch numbers.
Five huge wall tiles short meant fitters were waiting for customer to collect these .
Quality of bathroom fittings mediocre.
On the plus side staff were very friendly.

Can’t fault the product or the instore service. However the delivery was messed up - I paid a delivery fee of £75 to have them delivered on a specific date when I would be at home. It came 2 days late so my wife had to unload a tonne of tiles into the house

Recently we bought whole bathroom suites and accessories from easy bathrooms Blackburn. Brilliant showroom, Neil was really helpful, changed around few things but nothing was too much trouble, very happy with the service, recommend them without hesitation, thanks

I recently bought a full new bathroom suite ( shower, toilet, wash basin, tiles, flooring, cabinets & accessories etc) from Easy Bathrooms in Blackburn, Lancashire. The sales guy ( Neil ) was extremely knowledgeable,helpful & had the patience of a Saint . He explained everything clearly & guided me through my purchase.
The quality of the items purchased is excellent & my new bathroom now fitted looks great.
I had to return to at a later date to collect a few further accessories & the two other sales guys ( Phil & Blake ) were equally as helpful.
Well done to the sales team at the Blackburn depot.
I would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms at Blackburn for the quality of the fixtures & fittings + the excellent customer service. 👌

We were very pleased with the tiles we bought for the kitchen and the service we received in store. We would have given the full 5 stars but were a little disappointed when we did not receive them for collection on the date we were given and had to wait until the week after. Only, a minor issue really, and the staff did their best to ensure that we would would definitely have them on the 2nd delivery date so a score of 4.5 from us!

Blackburn Easybathrooms Team have been absolutely fantastic. I had problems with the delivery due to access, and the plumber was on site. A call to the Blackburn showroom where the tiles were ordered from and the Team went above & beyond to ensure the tiles were delivered on time for the plumber/tiler. Neil from the team delivered them personally, doing two trips! The whole experience from quotation, ordering and delivery was exceptional. I cannot recommend the Blackburn Team enough. Absolutely fantastic Team, genuine & friendly. Certainly put the customer first. If you need tiles, visit the Blackburn showroom. Thank you to all the Team. Exceptional service.

Great customer service nothing was to much trouble from start to finish showing us the shower etc couldn't fault the guys .
