Very helpful, knowledgeable staff at the Bedford showroom. Had many displays to choose from and they had everything you required. Delivery was within five days of ordering.
Staff were patient and friendly as we made decisions. Staff were informative and advised when necessary.

Awful after sales customer service
Awful after sales customer service. Purchased in Bedford store. Blamed us for their errors and had no accountability for sending completely the incorrect tiles that we had purchased - even showed the salesman which tiles we wanted . Wrong order on invoice. The tiler put them up in our absence, upon noticing we had them removed immediately which wasted time and additional costs incurred. Had to rebuy wait for the correct ones to arrive . Said we should have checked. Had so many items delivered to install 2 bathrooms piled on top of each other- was difficult to gain access also limited time before the fitters arrived. Also missing box of tiles. Misinforming us of cost of returning a unit.We questioned that it would not fit in the space the designer advised- he then agreed for us to buy it and if not right to bring back and would refund. Not at any point a £20 return charge was mentioned. We repeatedly confirmed if that would be ok to do. In store this should have been highlighted to the customer- not later be told it’s in the T&C’s when we complained On day of purchasing the sales staff went over board and attentive but when after sales issues were highlighted it became very difficult and attitude was evasive and very unprofessional . We incurred additional costs due to their incompetence. Be very careful as they don’t inform customers fully and check and double check everything carefully as they will not accept any accountability for their mistakes. I would not recommend that anyone spends thousands of pounds with this company. Their goodwill gesture was refunded us money for the unused incorrect tiles that we had already paid for! Worst attitude I have ever experienced after spending a lot of money in there one would expect better customer care!

Friendly, helpful and efficient service from initial enquiry through to job completion on time. Not the cheapest but certainly worth the expenditure.
