Eastlines, a punch of hypocrites
Third time in a row when they promised to provide a service and they keep delaying the terms without even letting me know and when i have challenged them for it they have denied everything in copy\paste messages.
Unless you like to waste time and nerves its unlikely that they will deliver what they promised.
Stolen goods. Small claims court.
None of their staff speaks any English and I had to go through the small claims court to get £550 back for a few items they have stolen from my package. When the package arrived, it was opened and damaged. Upon questioning the delivery driver only said that they do not steal things at this company then rushed away. All electronics were removed, including an Echo Studio. Luckily, this was registered to my account and I could use this to prove that the Echo was turned on and geo-located days before they delivered the half empty parcel.

I have sent a laptop with them
I have sent a laptop with them, paid insurance to make sure is covered in case of damage or if they loose the parcel. When bought the service they said it will get delivered in 4 days, it arrived after 2 weeks and they opened the parcel and replaced this with a brick.
Opened a case which they committed to resolve in 30 days. After 30 days I came back to them and said to provide some more documents, which were provided anyway immediately as part of the initial complaint and immediately they said that the parcel has been delivered and the receiver signed for it and that is that, there is no theft whatsoever!
Avoid them, there are no minus stars!

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. The last two deliveries sent was a Samsung tv 43” went missing and a PlayStation 4 and a Delonghi coffee machine was stolen from their original boxes. In Romania I’ve been to the police but in England I wrote to Small Court, which is a gov.uk site and made a complain . Paid £35 and they mediate the issue. I recommend to everyone who had a bad experience with Eastlines to do that.Don’t let them. They supposed to be responsible for they service and answer for they mistakes.

Company offers no refund for undersized packages
Company quotes terms and conditions as to why they refuse to refund £80+ from a £200+ order where the items were measured correctly but the weight was less than declared. They would have charged me extra tax if the parcel was heavier so why not give the customer back their money to make it fair?
No coupon for future use given, no refund. I'm pretty much going to look elsewhere for the rest of the items I was planning on sending home with another company that's not a thief.
Lost a future customer and I hope this review will open up other people's eyes about the kind of business you run.

No respect for the customers
No respect for the customers. Very unprofessional service. Scheduled a pickup, the driver didn`t come and never notified me about it. When Called the company next day they said the van was too full. Why on earth then did I scheduled the pickup and gave all of my parcel details to them? Absolutely pathetic and disrespectful.

They done it own mark! Now-if your parcels arrived is just a cause you are lucky; all call center staff -manager and agents are trying to give an answer not solve the problem.Finally if your parcels didn’t arrived it a cause of the client!

Stay away! I sent a pallet with them ... they picked it up on the 18th. In the 23rd it arrived in Romania and since then nothing. I called them ... they said I understood they were busy. But when they took the money, it didn't take long. They have a standard delivery time of 4-6 days on the pallet. I'm going to sue them ... because I see that I gave the money and they bring the pallet when they want! It was the last time in my life when I sent something with them!

during my collaboration with them it happened that they damaged some of my parcels, in some cases even lost parcels. they are very good in applying penalties of 60 gbp if the parcels are not exactly the same size as in the order. stay away from them!
Stay away of Eastline, it's a fake company!
Each and every person who intend to use this "company" should be aware: Very bad, not reliable, are trying to cheat you in many ways - typical for some Romanians that are a shame and a stain, among others that are trying to integrate in the UK.
Before thinking to use their "services" try to google a bit about company history...it's a one employee company - the so called manager - LAURENTIU DUMITRU DICU. I really don't know why is still free this guy, why UK authorities did not react yet.

I have been using this company for 5 years now, sending parcels back and forth from Romania to UK. They arrive to collect when they say they will, deliver on time, never had an issue. I am very surprised to see all these bad reviews. I wonder what s going on:( 5 stars from me though as they did not dissapoint me.

Sorry I have notice that the company has received lots of bad reviews and if I knew never send anything with them .
The parcel sent in 12/12/2019 never arrive to the destination and one the operator can’t find out what is going on .
Very disappointing these services and unfortunately they don’t have control of the delivery and the Director Laurentiu Dumitru Dicu should check by time to time the activity of the company maybe “undercover boss” and find out what it’s going on with the delivery .
People should know that the service it’s not trusted and should go with alternatives even if they pay more money.
I’m sure there a better services around but this time they screwed up and no one knows where a box of 22Kg is at the moment.
Very sad but this is pure Romanian style careless about their customers .
If the on line activity on line it’s that bad why they still performing services as delivery in Romania. As British citizens I would inform the right authorities about the level of professionalism and careless system .
