So had no expectations , placed my ear seeds & immediately felt calm , I was so impressed , none of my usual anxious feelings , no road rage when driving to work 😂
But they did start to slide off on day 3 .. had a 4 day break , but didn’t get that calm feeling again , tried 3 more applications on alternating ears . Slightly Disappointed ,might try one more set 🤞.

I'm really disappointed in the results of the ear seeds there was absolutely no change in my anxiety symptoms or no change at all in my . I placed them properly and left them on for a week. I still had all of the symptoms of anxiety. I'm really disappointed, especially after reading so much positive feedback on the ear seeds. I also watched the episode on Dragons Den. and I waited two whole months before even purchasing. I was really contemplating buying them because there are so many ads online, advertising so many different products that claim to work. I'm also disappointed that I spent money on a product that doesn't work, or i should say didnt help me.

I brought these for my anxiety, i feel nauseous all the time, get headaches, stomach aches, ect. I put these on in hope they would ease them symptoms and i didn’t see any difference. But for someone with lower anxiety i can see how they would work. when you press the pressure points it kinda does put your body back in the moment as it feels like a light pinch and sends signals to your brain to calm down. Unfortunately they didn’t work for me but i would give them a go as i see how they would works for others! x

The placement of the seeds is not very clear, as first time user I'm unsure i applied them correctly.
Thank you I will email but it would be great to get better instructions so I can try them for more than one use.

My ears were red and so warm in 10 mins of putting the seeds in .. i cdnt bear the discomfort n scratched the stickers out in next 30 mins

A little fiddly to put in but well worth it, my hot sweats have lessened and sleep has been so much better. I feel like myself again.

It’s not often a product advertised on social media does what it says ! Whether it’s psychological or Chinese medicine, either way it works for me and has become a safety blanket for my anxiety.

Seems to be working. In a subtle way.

They have made my ears sore though.. red marks.

Delivery was fast. Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any improvement in anxiety/stress/sleep as yet. I shall continue using as appreciate it could take time to work.

I’ve bought 2 sets one silver and other one was gold.

In both of them I’ve had been loosing silver/ gold metal dot before applied it on my ears so Anoying

This company is great. The beads stick well (although I was the best putting them on) but you get better the more you do it. At first felt great benefits especially sleep but then not so much. So having break and will try again when I need them

Love them, easy to apply and my sleep has definitely improved

I lived in China for twelve years so was looking forward to using this product for various reasons. I have pain from Shingles contracted in Feb26. Also suffer from Tinnitus. I thought stress and and anxiety relief would help my symptoms and help with sleep. To date no difference. I bought 2 packs and gave one to my daughter for stress and anxiety from work pressure she’s had mild success. I wish it had worked I very much wanted it to.

Really good and i love them. Disappointed as the advert said free tweezers but i had to buy them. I understand limited amount to give away but the advert still said free even after i had bought them

Fantastic product, i was skeptical but these really work and i couldn't be without them!! I suffer with anxiety and have ADHD these really help with my concentration and decision making, also help with my sleep LOVE LOVE LOVE them, if you’re on the fence just give them a go you won’t regret it x

Were sore / uncomfortable to wear. Kept them on for a couple days but couldn’t stand any longer. Unfortunately a big waste of money for me. FYI I ordered the nickel free ear seeds.

As a lady going through menopause and with the worse sleep pattern these ear seeds have actually changed my sleep . I didn’t think it would work as I have tried everything but they really have . I noticed it after just three days . I have tried fatigue and sleep positioning and I really believe they help. I’m buying more as I need these in my life ⭐️

I turned to east healing after seeing them on dragons den a while ago. Recently I have been undergoing tests for various things including fatigue, low mood, stress and chronic overwhelm. After a difficult couple of years and numerous blood tests I didnt know what else to do. I decided to go for it and ordered ear seeds and I am delighted to say they are helping already. I am sleeping more consistently, feel at a more balanced base line to deal with grief and overwhelm and everything else that life can throw at me. I struggled to find anything that helped so finding ear seeds that are finally giving me some relief is amazing
