I didn’t mean to get them five stars I wanted to give them -5 stars the manager ain’t good but the sales persons is real good

I bought my car on 12/18/18. The day I got it the battery was dead. They jump started my car and had it running for me to get it warm. Of course I wasn't told it needed a new battery. I had to get it taken to a local dealership to have replaced because they wanted me to pay to have my car towed at miles back to them so they could replace it. It would have cost more to have the car towed. When I finally got a manager to address the issue, I was told to eat the cost because I didnt have my car fixed by them. 11 days later my check engine light comes on. It's 3 days later and my car is still in the shop. The person who sold me the car has yet to even return my phone call. This is have they treat their customers?
