He is an attentive, considerate, and patient sales representative. He recognized which vehicle we were interested in, was expedient in getting us the vehicle to test drive, and was patient throughout the entire interaction. He is an asset to the organization. He was able to recognize that we had experience in purchasing a vehicle and did not need much guidance in the process.

The buying experience was great, however the vehicle immediately had mechanical issues. They were issues that should have been caught when the vehicle was traded in before being put on the lot.

Jeff, Dave, Ali were awesome! I've purchased several cars over my span of driving and my experience at Easterns can be likened to my experience at Lexus. They were fast, friendly and professional. Not once did I feel like they were trying to dupe me or that they were lying to me. They were honest... and that matters a great deal. Another important thing is that they always answer their phones. For as long as their service is as superb as it is, I will be a customer. I have two more cars to buy in the next few years and they will most likely be from Easterns. I am a repeat Lexus customer and plan to definitely be a repeat Easterns customer.
