We start by reviewing product details, including materials, intended use, and any existing test reports. Our team conducts a risk assessment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EU regulations, providing recommendations if any adjustments or additional testing are needed. We handle all necessary documentation, including the technical file, declaration of conformity, and traceability records. Once everything is in place, we issue the certificate of conformity and guide you through labeling, warnings, and packaging requirements. For non-EU businesses, we also act as the authorised representative, managing regulatory communications and responding to market surveillance inquiries. We are headquartered in Trier, Germany, where EaseCert GmbH operates as EU Authorised Representative and Responsible Person to ensure full compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation. Our support doesn’t stop at certification - we assist with post-market monitoring, product updates, and regulatory changes. All our services, including GPSR certification and Authorised Representative services, are one-time charges. There are no annual renewal fees. Once certified, we remain your Authorised Representative for as long as your product is on the EU market. The Online Marketplace Registration Service is also a one-time setup charge.

I'm an international Amazon seller starting my expansion into Germany. I was extremely daunted by the compliance requirements for selling in Germany. I seriously considered NOT doing it. Wow am I glad I found EaseCert. They offer exceptional service that's great value. They are quick to respond and deliver, they explain in plain terms what they have done and what you need to do, they make it as easy as possible every step of the way, I'm an experienced Amazon seller in the US and I was very impressed with their knowledge of Amazon Germany and what Amazon needs to give me the tick of approval. Would recommend to anyone.

Easy GPSR compliance process!
I found the compliance process with EaseCert to be a friendly, clear and helpful one! It's never much fun to think you have a compliance process ahead of you, but in this case, it was easy, straightforward and very well explained. EaseCert made sure they carefully and thoroughly answered any questions (and fears) I had about GPSR, regarding customs processes. The one-off fee is really good too, and if I have another material for my products to be examined for GPSR compliance, I only have to contact them with the details. Thank you so much for making this process painless!

Stellar experience
Over all we've had a stellar experience.
EaseCert helped greatly with all the required documentation.
Their shop is very detailed and easy to understand, as well as the order process.
They checked all the documents we had before the actual order.
Made a several online meetings with where they helped with all our concerns, and suggested a solutions.
Email correspondence was very precise and accurate with great details, replies fast with follow-ups as needed.

I highly recommend Easecert. I had no idea how to become gpsr compliant and Cristian guided me through the whole process. For me the most difficult part was obtaining material information from my suppliers. Christian gave me the kind of service I try to give to my own customers. The process does involve some time gathering the information needed but for me not too onerous. If you want to go through the process, this is the company to contact!

EaseCert have been great with getting me set up and registered to sell to the EU. I’m a new stained glass artist and I’ve been wanting to share my work further but didn’t know much about selling to the EU with the new regulations. The experience from start to finish has been excellent. I have been in business before, but I am starting a new business which requires GPSR certification.
In all my years I have NEVER experienced such helpful, patient and clear assistance in a technical/legal business subject.
