Great Service!
This is the second time that I have used the Ear Wax Specialist and again, I am so pleased with the results. My ears were completely blocked leaving me with severe hearing loss. Mr Khizar was extremely friendly, reassuring and talked me through the whole process. He also recorded this and shared the video footage with me to show me the severity of the blockage and the final results. Having had issues with my ears since I was 15, my experience with EWS is by far the best!

Mr Khizar was amazing with my 6 year daughter today, who's been struggling with blocked ears for so long and we could not get sorted on NHS. So lovely and friendly , made my daughter feel at ease, as he spoke to her loads and explained everything he was going to do. Highly recommend

I had excellent service at this business, on time, very clean and everything was explained to me very clearly, the results of this procedure were fantastic.

Brilliant service really nice and helpful staff on the phone I was really in discomfort and they managed to get me an appointment for the same day

Excellent service for ear wax removal at affordable price. Same day appointment! Highly recommended. Very professional and friendly staff. 15 minutes session with Mr Khizar has made huge difference. I can hear!!!

Very pleased with service and appointment today with Mr Khizar.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
Had been suffering with blocked ear for nearly 5 weeks, using olive oil and oatex did nothing to help.
Looked online, and Sutton Hearing Centre had excellent reviews.
It is so nice to have my hearing back again!!

'I can hear clearly now the wax has gone' ♪
I've had the vaccuum through the NHS previously and its taken ages with poor results at the end of it. Booked with these at the Knowle branch as a suggestion from a friend and glad I did, I've had to tell people to lower their voices when talking to me now...!

Best £50 I have spent! I have been suffering with a blocked ear for the past week and tried clearing it myself with olive oil to no avail. I called Sutton Hearing Care who arrange a same day appointment. Mr Khizar was very professional and friendly and my ear was cleared within minutes. I would thoroughly recommend Sutton Hearing Care every time. Thank you so much 😊

I only booked the appointment in the morning and was seen promptly in the afternoon.
Good car parking, lovely premises.
The whole procedure was pain free and a full explanation of what was happening was very reassuring.
After 10-15 minutes my hearing was back to 100%
