I love my duvet and was sorry I had to wait almost a week to put it on my bed because I have a very strong sense of smell and found it rather strong. Yes I put it in the line but that didn’t work. I finally sprayed it with a strong perfume and after another day out it in my bed. I had a great sleep, so it was worth the wait

I now have two Earthkind duvets a 13.5 and a 10.5 tog. And, I have pillows. They are excellent quality, fluffy and the 13.5 is so warm (though I probably shouldn’t have ordered it in April - hence needing the 10.5, too!). Pillows are also very fluffy. I’m really impressed with the philosophy of the company and because of that have gone back to feather and down. They are a very good price for the quality. Speedy delivery, too for all products.
4.5 tog superking quilt.
No issues with order or delivery and lovely well-made product which reduces landfill. Well done Earthkind, you are a great example of sustainability!
Great duvet. Bought the winter one and loved it. Now have the summer version. Very comfy.
I would strongly advise avoiding EarthKind.
I purchased feather & down pillows (order #EARTHKIND1878) which were delivered on 21 Feb. After very limited use, they completely lost their volume and support and became unusable — far below what you would reasonably expect from this type of product.
I contacted the company within 30 days to reject the goods and followed up again when I received no response.
They have completely ignored all correspondence.
No response. No resolution. No accountability.
I have now had to escalate this through my bank.
Very disappointing experience and not a company I would trust or use again.

I ordered four pillows from Earthkind. Unfortunately, after only a couple of months use, I spilt a cup of coffee. Two of them I washed as instructions. When they came out the washing machine they stank. I re-washed them and put them straight in the tumble dryer until they were dry (@3.5 hours!). I also kept fluffy them out and added drying balls. They still stank. I repeated the whole process yet again and they still stank. Very disappointed as I had to bin them. They were not a cheap item. The moral is, these cannot be washed even though they have a wash label. I have since learnt of other people’s experiences which have been the same. I shall now be using an alternative to feathers. Very disappointed customer.

We are pleased that our Duvet which have had for 2 years is eco friendly . But now there are problems with uneven distribution of feathers with some areas quite thin. We are concerned about this and emailed twice but have had no reply. Not very good aftersales service!!

Delivery was really fast and the item was well packaged.
Easy to order..very prompt service and beautifully packed. A really nice warm quality winter duvet.13.5 tog
I have emailed them several times over the last 4 weeks to arrange return for 2 pillows that I bought. They are the support pillows, returning because they are very under stuffed. Have also messaged them on social media. No response. No other portal to contact customer services. Really disappointed with the service and product.

As of 02/02/26 still have not received my order and have no update on it. Have contacted via email and have received nothing back. Terrible customer service.

Love this brand and the pillow and duvet lived up to the high hopes we had. A GREAT British made product! Delivered next day which was a bonus as my husband had lost his pillow on a work trip and he is very particular about his pillow, he has loved the new one and the duvet is brilliant too.
Package arrived torn, courier apologised and said he had never seen anything so badly packed. Emailed company to make them aware and three emails later have heard nothing from them

The pillow is comfy and decent quality and delivery was fast. However, it is quite understuffed with about half of the stuffing I would have expected in a pillow which means I have to have another pillow beneath it to sleep with some kind of neck support which is much less comfortable. I like the fact it is a kinder alternative, however if I had known how understuffed it would be I’d have paid the double price from another provider.
If I ever receive my order I will let you know. Communication slow and painful.
It's now 5th of Feb still no duvet and still terrible communications. Find another courier company Yodel is ruining your reputation. Please can someone respond to my email I sent on the 29th of January!

The advertising is clear and the ordering process easy and quick to use. The delivery was very prompt and there wasn't too much packaging and it was all recyclable.
I ordered a duvet 8th Jan, it was dispatched quickly and I was pleased to see that it was put in a Yeovil van on 10th Jan. Sadly this is where it started going wrong. The package is still in the same van. I contacted Yodel on 12th and I was told it was being delivered that day, it did not arrive. I contacted Yodel 13th Jan and they said they would look into it. I had a reply same day saying they could not obtain conclusive details about where my parcel was and to contact the sender. I have contacted Earthkind 13th and have had not response. I no longer want the duvet I want a refund. I am guessing that their products are very popular and they are overwhelmed but there really should be better customer service and a means of prioritising problems - i put clearly in the subject title the issue I was having. Will I get my refund??????
If you want a Earthkind product I would suggest trying a stockist where they have the staff to deal with issues quickly.
UPDATE: I did get the refund and have bought the duvet from a stockist which arrived very quickly. ‘It is beautiful feels very luxurious.
