I love this company. Their honey is really gorgeous. I was sent the wrong item by mistake the other week and they have sent me the one I ordered and said I could keep the one sent by mistake as a gift, which was very kind of them. Honey is not cheap! I absolutely recommend this company. Thank you for all you do, high quality ethically sourced honey is such a blessing to humanity.
worst Honey.I can't call it Honey.one kind of sugar ....wasted my £30.Never ever buy it again.They playing drama to refund it.
I’ve ordered 2 big jars of honey(2 x 3kg) ans one of them arrived in a horrific condition,destroyed ans leaking. I’ve contacted them to show the issue and they sent me a 10% discount as a resolution for the damage.
I was shocked to get this after paying 100£ for the honey…
Their last response was 1 week ago.
Extremely disappointed with the experience and I will sadly not be ordering from them again.
I am extremely disappointed as I wanted to order some more things from the website but definitely won’t after this experience.
I asked them if I can return their honey and they didn’t even reply…

Delicious organic honey, I ordered Organic Raw Meadow Honey 1.4 kg and bee bread. What was surprising is that it comes from Latvia the country I was born at. And I can tell you one thing we have untouched meadows without pesticides so I can guarantee that the honey is high quality. Will definitely purchase more. Superfood.
I ordered my items yesterday and received them today! The delivery was incredibly fast. Everything was well packed and secure. The honey and beebread have a rich, earthy taste, just as I wanted. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

Earthbreath have incredible tasting delicious honey coming from the unpolluted forests of the baltic states.Their delivery is within days & arrives perfectly packed with special bubble-bags for every individual jar of honey ! Unfortunately sometimes the delivery drivers tend to drop the boxes,however,this is not a fault of this company but solely certain drivers who do 'not' take care.Nevertheless,the CEO 'Erlands' & his Manageress 'Liga' are immensely friendly,kind & 'Caring' and have always compensated any damages that rarely happen.Their prices & offers are good too !
I've been charged for 900g honey that I ordered, but received 800g (2x400g) without any explanation. I contacted earthbreath.co.uk for any information about it, and I had response with their apology and question " Is that a problem ?"
They explained it just after my email and not refunded the missing weight's difference value.

We were missing 900g size of honey and replaced it with 2 x 400g jars of the same type honey. We explained the situation and refunded on the next day (11th of September 2023) value of the missing weight's difference 100g of 1.83£. Payment was processed through the same gateway it was received - PayPal express checkout. Refund id#2986.3, refund reached the customer account on 18th of September, 2023.
