the best plugs, tbh I tested a lot of them, and these plugs combines attenuation and clarity in the best way posssible. you can still speak and understand when talking while having ur ear protected

Not as expected
Unfortunately, the quality was not like expected. To my surprise, the packaging mentioned only -22dB instead of the -36dB mentioned on the website.
I have tried the earasers several times, but sadly, the effect is even less than with those earplugs you'll get for free at an concert or open air. So not worth the money.

Erg comfortabel
Ik heb een Small besteld omdat de reguliere muziekoortjes ik meestal niet pas. Deze zaten erg comfortabel en je ziet helemaal niet dat je oordoppen in hebt.

Bestelling en levering is vlot…
Bestelling en levering is vlot verlopen. Helaas niet echt tevreden van de oordopjes. Heb ze nu een paar keer gebruikt en doen pijn aan de oren. Qua geluid tevens teleurstellend. Je hoort voor namelijk de erg lage en erg hoge klanken, alles daartussen is niet hoorbaar. Dat is alleszins mijn ervaring…

Nice customer service
Initial size didn't fit - got sent replacement earbuds when the size I'd ordered initially didn't fit. Very friendly and welcoming customer service. For me however neither size is ideal, they do create some kind of seal but can be difficult to insert and seem to give only a few dBs of attenuation. I suspect these might work better for others!

Top product, beste in prijsklasse
Even moeten wachten op levering, klantenservice was echter zeer behulpzaam met duidelijk info en uitleg. Oortjes zelf van top kwaliteit. Waarschijnlijk de beste in deze prijsklasse.

No updates on my order.
Never got an email about my order being shipped and I don't know if I'm going to get the product I ordered or if I got scammed. Support claims they reply within 24 hours and it's been 3 days.

Prima service!
Kreeg keurig een belletje dat product vertraagd was als gevolg van oponthoud bij douane. Als compensatie voor het ongemak werd houdertje meegestuurd. Tevens werd extra nagevraagd of de door mij bestelde demping de bedoeling was, evenals de maatvoering. Keurig!

Goede klantenservice
Aanvankelijk bestelling niet ontvangen. Na berichtje heel goede follow-up, direct contact en de bestelling alsnog ontvangen. Het product is sowieso top, bevalt goed.

Best off the shelf earplugs I've bought
I am so happy with these earplugs. I've started to get tinnitus after loud music and my cheap earplugs weren't doing enough of a job.
I find these are really comfortable and somehow block out loud noise but don't make the sound muffled.
Due to Covid I am yet to test them out on stage in a loud gig but feel confident they'll do a great job.
Really pleased with the delivery and presentation too. Thank you.
