I placed an order for a bridal set off TikTok shop on 3/20, I received the ring, tried it on, it did not fit. I returned it immediately. It was in the same condition as when I received it. I have pictures to prove it was delivered to your return warehouse at 3:18 pm on 3/30 and left with an individual, however your company is arguing with me and will not issue a refund for this item I returned back to you. This is terrible customer service. I returned this item and should get a refund.

I ordered a ring and was charged for the ring. I never received the ring and now they are telling me that they cannot find my order number. I believe that I was scammed by this company. I have emailed several times with no reply from their customer service. I do not recommend.

I ordered a 925 sterling silver ring, which arrived in grand style and texture, the shipping time was too long and made me wait; but such a low price and beautiful ring are suitable for everyday wear.

THEY DID CORRECT THE ISSUE! Only took 10 months but they came through. Here’s how it all went:

Made my order end of Nov 2021. They sent me the wrong item. Fighting with them to get the right one. Their idea of a solution. No refund, no replacement. Buy it again! They claim it will ‘save me shipping’. The shipping was $7.99USD … the item is $38USD. They’re shady. Any company that will send the wrong item and NOT correct their mistake is not worth your business. Even worse to tell the customer just to buy it again.

UPDATE: I’ve been ghosted by them. They won’t answer emails anymore. I send multiple a day asking for help, providing photo proof that I was sent something that wasn’t what I ordered. I even have a screenshot of their return policy where they clearly state that return costs are on the company should the customer be sent the wrong item. So as of now they are keeping my money and shafting me with something I didn’t want, and attempting to extort me to get what I originally wanted.

This is fraud.

UPDATE Sept 15/22
Customer service reached out to me out the blue and apologized for the situation. Apparently I was dealing with an unsavoury person who no longer works at the company and they are retroactively going damage control. I truly appreciate this effort taken on their part. They are even sending me the item I originally ordered apparently, I’ll let you know if I actually receive it.

UPDATE Oct 1/22
Received the ring I wanted from the get go! The company sent it to me at no charge, and its actually a gorgeous ring. The product is quality for the price point being that it’s not gold/platinum/diamonds, and definitely lovely. Even came with a very pretty Tiffany blue coloured ring box. I have been assured that the horrible person who defrauded me no longer works for Eamti, and given how they retroactively addressed the issue, actually initiating contact with me, I would say it’s safe to order from here now. Happy buying y’all! :)
