Professional and Competent
I have used this company on many occasions for programming of EA and indicators of various complexity. They have always been very professional and extremely competent. The completed product was always exactly what I was looking for.
Also, in my experience the price was competitive.
It should be noted that all communication are in writing (probably to avoid "he said - she said" situations). I never talked to programmer. So it is essential to spend the time to write clear and accurate instructions to prevent miscommunication and delays.

Yes, you are correct. Additionally, the reason for this is to avoid misunderstandings too. For example, English is spoken in many countries and each have a slightly different dialect (eg. accent, word selection). So it is sometimes hard to understand someone verbally. Especially considering conversations are done 'on-the-fly'. In writing, this is not the case. Also, it is easier to store the details when everything is in writing. That way, after a lot of time has past, old jobs can be referenced easily to find out what a client is talking about. And lastly, it is simply more efficient to operate like this.

They are highly competent
They are highly competent. Whatever they say to them they do, incredibly they do. They know a lot of the coding in MQL. Besides an excellent support. I'm an old client.
