Brilliant vapes at a great price and quick delivery

I still haven't received my order that was placed 3 weeks ago.
No reply to my emails.
Not what I expected from this company.

Great company to deal with. Not really expensive and always deliver on time.

I have always received excellent customer service from eVapes and they have answered all my queries, both on the phone and email, with patience and understanding. The products I've ordered have been delivered on time and in excellent condition. Overall an excellent company.

Ordered 20 bottles of British Gold on 10th Feb 2026, finally had delivery on 24th Feb but only 10 bottles of black current flavour, totally not what I wanted. Emailed them immediately, so far no response, called on the 25th, only answer machine. Still no response, diabolical service.
Update: The power of Trustpilot, within 2days I was contacted by E-Vapes with a big apology and promise it would be actioned immediately, within 2 days I had my original order delivered, just goes to show the power of Trustpilot.
Let’s hope further orders are as smooth.

Service from e vapes is great but there delivery dpd is not as they always delay or my stuff gets lost in transit

Really impressed with the delivery. I placed the order and it arrived the very next day, which was much faster than I expected. Everything was well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived.
