I spent some time getting a like for like electrical shower to be installed by EPM. This was to reduce installation costs. Other companies quoted less and would aIso have sourced the new shower. In my experienced opinion, the job should have taken less than 1 hour. This made it a viable price. I was charged 2 hours for a job that in my opinion should have taken less than an hour. I was also charged a disposal fee for the old one. I will not use this company again. I will always get a quotation for work in future and not price per hour.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I arrived at work to find our boiler had broken and flooded the kitchen, and they couldn’t have been more helpful. From my first call, everything was handled quickly and professionally, with an engineer on site that same morning fitting a new boiler. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you again for your fantastic service.

Very efficient office staff who were both professional and helpful. A plumber came within a couple of days and replaced a faulty shower.

I phone EPM as we had a gas leak , I asked how much it cost for the engineer to fix , they explain and email me everything, at first just expecting it will only take an hour or 2 hours, but the engineer here nearly 7 hrs, I can say it's expensive but both the office staff and the engineer are very nice and helpful, I phone to explain that we can still smell a gas, and I have a problem with payment , hope you can help me x thank you x

I spoke to Maya and Grace about getting a shower installed, I struggled to explain my situation as I'm not a very outgoing person but they were extremely calming and explained everything without making me feel silly. Would 100% recommend this company as everyone seems lovely.

A bit of back ground, the storage heater in my mother in laws living room failed on 2nd January 2026, I live some 150 miles from her, she is 89, a quick google search of the Internet came up with EPM, who are fairly local to her. I contacted the office that day and they arranged an engineer to call on her that day, investigated and fed back the information, to which I asked them to source and install a new Storage Heater, then the day before installation a 2nd storage heater failed, i arranged with the office to check and arrange the installation of a 2nd heater, this has now been installed too. I have a very happy Mother in Law, thank to all concerned at EPM.

Called after finding a leak on the water heater. Man arrived on time and explained everything to me what had happened and what needed doing. I didn't get/want an emergency call out so wasn't charged any silly money. Reasonably priced, good communication and explained well. Would highly recommend and use myself again.

Had a very good experience when our electrics failed. The electrician was able to come earlier and so rearranged in our favour. It was a tricky fault to find and although he warned he may have to leave before he found the fault, he actually stayed until he found it hours and multiple rooms and sockets later. Parking is tricky here and the job itself was awkward and he didn't moan or act frustrated at all. Very pleasant chap. Already planning to use again for the final stage and some additional work.

Excellent quick response to an urgent water leak in the attic. Mariusz couldn't have been more helpful and extremely polite. Ably assisted by a young trainee, who I hope gets an apprenticeship.

The quality of the service was superb, both from the person answering the phone to the engineer who came swiftly to sort out our problem. I would definitely recommend this company, and have kept their phone number in my contact list!

We couldn’t be more grateful. At New Year we were left without power to a boiler and dishwasher. Obviously, the weather was freezing and we needed heat and hot water ASAP. That is exactly what we got! I would highly recommend. From those answering our request to those fixing the issue - wonderful, friendly and helpful!

Really great service .. unfortunately I had three leaks in the space of weeks… but EPM were great on each occasion (as they were different sources of leaks)… I have also used them to replace and extractor fan.sominhae used them for both plumbing and electrical services.

What is great is how timely they are, if they say we will be at x time.. that is when they arrive
So I really rate them on the several times we’ve used them now

The engineer -Chris- turned up on time, did an excellent job and gave some advise. He also looked at another issue and suggested improvements that could be mad3. All I all a great experience.

This is a very reliable company, friendly efficient and clean . They are always there to give advice ,quick to answer your calls , highly recommended .

They were able to come out really quickly, even for a small job when I could not find a single other plumber locally. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
