Driver could not find my address, that was verified and rebooked several times. Honestly the worst courier out there.

Don’t even think about using them if you’re a business sending packages.
Two promised delivery dates. First day they emailed to say no one was in, so left a note. No delivery and no note. Second they didn’t turn up and didn’t even bother emailing. Just received an email today giving a third delivery date. Two days off work and I’m not being fooled into a third. Contacting the company I bought from to cancel - their problem now.
Utterly shocking service
Utterly shocking service. I had no control over who was used for the delivery of my product but (not for the first time) DX express have failed to deliver in their time slot which was changed at least once today. The first I’m aware that the delivery is not coming today is an email saying they’ve been unable to deliver and have left a calling card. I’ve been in throughout the times slot and there is no calling card! given the choice I would never consider using DX express for a delivery.
Utter excrement
Utter excrement, tracking states due for delivery today between 0800 - 1800, I cancel all plans, wait in. At 1700 I ask the live chat to confirm that it's arriving as I've wasted all day so far. Only to be told that it's not even left the depot. Well I won't be wasting any more time waiting for you to do your job, if it does ever arrive and I'm here to accept then I'll be refusing delivery, just to waste your time as well.
Just do everyone a favour and go out of business.
Missing parts
I was asked to sign for a complete delivery of five boxes without actually knowing how many I was supposed to receive. In reality, the delivery driver knew that one box was missing but “forgot” to inform me. I only discovered this after unpacking everything and realizing parts of my furniture were missing, at which point I contacted Mick and Jeff (the delivery personnel) and they have confirmed that they knew a box was missing.
Worst service ever
DX Express- Worst service ever. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond negligent.
I was expecting my passport delivery from Manchester VFS, yet there was no communication whatsoever regarding the delivery date or time. I had to wait at least a week, and there was still no update. It was only when I checked the app myself that I discovered the delivery had been marked as “missed.” According to them, the attempt was made on Friday — but I was at home the entire day.
I then requested a redelivery for the following day. Again, there was no proper communication. On the day of delivery, I received no call, despite their claim that they had tried to contact me. The delivery person didn’t even bother to knock on the door. When confronted, he insisted he had called, but we clearly showed that no such call was received.
To avoid missing it again, my husband even waited outside for two hours — and still, the service was completely unreliable.
This level of service is extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially for something as important as a passport. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Was given a date for arrival for which…
Was given a date for arrival for which I took a day off to receive my delivery only for them to not even attempt to deliver it and then when I went on chat to resolve the failed delivery I was met with an operator on the other end that would read my messages but take forever to reply ending without resolution. I received another email saying the delivery would arrive on the the following day , Saturday
Wasted another day only to speak again with customer service to be told they don’t deliver on Saturday but yet there systems showed it would be delivered on Saturday.
Still waiting now there telling me Monday after wasting 2 days for a parcel that didn’t arrive

DX Express more like DX Useless
Delivery driver lied twice stating he could not deliver because he could not find the property. When 'customer service' checked the tracking, it clearly showed he came nowhere near the place and he deliberately chose not to deliver - no doubt because it clashed with his schedule. Customer service on chat repeatedly unable to contact depot as they don't answer their phone and their emails were ignored. Throughout, absolutely zero communication from DX. Basically, you are at the mercy of random drivers who are paid for each delivery and who decide whether they feel like delivering to your address or not on that particular day. There is this attitude of it's no big deal and that the customer can just reschedule - with total disregard for the disruption this may cause or the fact that this was not the deal between seller and customer. Still awaiting delivery. It should be zero stars. Absolutely shocking. On a par with EVRI. I wish I had seen these reviews before making a large purchase as I would have asked seller to use a more reliable courier.

very bad service. booked for delivery on Tuesday, the driver never came and i got a message saying to re-book. contacted the company, not of any help at all. re-booked for Thursday for deliver. same happened again. contacted the company and same of no help. extremely bad costumer service and keep you on hold on chats and don't give any help.rubbish

I can honestly say this has been the worst delivery experience ever. Over the past two weeks, I’ve had to rearrange the same delivery multiple times, and every single time, I was assured it would arrive the next day… only to receive a text around midday saying it wouldn’t be delivered after all.
I’ve arranged my entire schedule around these deliveries, and yet each promise has been broken. During the first attempt, I asked the driver to call me on arrival—this did not happen.
Now, after nearly two weeks of delays, I’m told the parcel cannot be delivered due to a “security issue.” Really? Yesterday, when I rearranged delivery for today, there was no mention of this issue. The inconsistency in communication is shocking.
And to make matters worse, I’m now being told I have to collect the parcel from the depot myself. Absolutely not acceptable. I paid for delivery to my address, made repeated efforts to facilitate it, and now they want me to go out of my way because of their failures? Ridiculous.
I even tried using the live chat to resolve this—what a joke. The responses were completely useless, slow, and generic, offering no real help at all. Clearly, this company has no interest in customer service.

They lost my parcel, I enquiry it and they said to contact the sender. I contacted the sender and in The proof of delivery they sent to sender, was not the senders pack, it was from another company. DX Express couldn’t say where my pack was it delivered to. They are useless!
Very poor performance...
Item first scheduled for delivery on 13/2/26. Driver arrived as I was getting in shower, by time I got to door he was driving off. Rearranged delivery for coming Mon, waited all day, no show. DXe then unilaterally decided to redel on Wed 18th, a day I'm not available. They didn't enquire re suitability they simply reshipped on a day I wouldn't be in.

i’ve ordered many packages that have been delivered by Dxexpress, every one has come with a damaged box, half opened box, a wet box and so on. not only that out of my many parcels 1 has come on time, the rest have been ridiculously late. i struggle to understand how this company is still going

I note this company has all poor reviews- which I totally agree with. A parcel stated delivered with no photo. I tried to contact DX - no chance, they say to speak to the sender to raise an investigation- how poor is that? So I'm still left with no parcel and no refund! I will check when ordering in the future and if any sellers use this company - I will not order from them. Shocking service

If I could give no stars, I would. I'm absolutely disgusted with DX. I ordered Live fish and the van stopped outside my premises then drove off without even ringing the bell. Now they say they cant come back today even although they are in the area. So my live fish will probably be dead by the time I get them. Absolutely shocking service.

No communication on the day of delivery in question at all by this company . No phone call or email to give a reasonable delivery window just 7am to 1pm.Good luck with live chat which is where on the website ,They make it difficult to speak to anyone ? This is 2026 what company does that? You can not track the delivery at all .Wake up DXexpress and look at what your trustpilot score is saying .Worst service I have had the unfortunate chance of dealing with . I will ask in future which company a website uses for delivery in future before I make a purchase so I can avoid .
