DX Express more like DX Dawdling
Express is far from my experience.
B&Q Marketplace parcel due 17th Sept between 16.38 & 18.38– zero comms waited in at home until after 9pm. Tracking status then changed to All day window – at that point I requested next day delivery.
18th Sept – parcel due between 12.12 & 14.12 – just checked tracking and now changed to all day window.
Zero comms throughout the last 2 days.
Sloppy shoddy service.
And still do not have my items.
No tracking service like DPD where you can clearly see if driver is on route and roughly where you are in the delivery list - this basic tech gap makes it impossible to plan your day, and subsequently have to stay in all day until your parcel arrives (if you are lucky)
Terrible customer service
Dx deserves a zero. I received four emails on consecutive days confirming my delivery and time slot. On each occasion except the last nothing was delivered. I received no updates or reasons for why my order wasn't delivered. I contacted the support team who did nothing. When my item was delivered, the product was left outside the front door as no one was in. The delivery confirmation claimed I had received the item, which was untrue. Luckily it didn't rain - this electrical item was worth more than £140 and was outside for more than 3 hours. Awful service from beginning to end.
DX Express customer non-service
What a dire experience. DX have had my delivery for a whole month. FIVE times they have failed to deliver on the agreed day. They send a text on the day set aside for delivery (a whole day - they don't give a time) to say they can't deliver and to follow a link to set a new date. They then have the brass effontery to log this as me requesting a new delivery date. Steer clear if you can.
And you, Trust Pilot, force me to put this down under a single date, when it covers five occasions over a calendar month. Try to make your website a bit more user-friendly.
Here we go again
Here we go again. After last weeks experience, I was absolutely horrified to see that the company I ordered two rolls of wallpaper from is using DX Express to deliver, and sure enough, they have proven themselves incapable - ONCE AGAIN. I had two parcels from Amazon and one from DHL left here yesterday, why am I not surprised that DX could not do the same? Particularly as my house is secluded? I've just received a text from them telling me I can collect my parcel from KENT - I am in CORNWALL. followed half an hour later by another text saying they 'regret we are unable to deliver today'.
There are literally no words, and once again, I shall be leaving a bad review for the company I got my wall paper from, if I do not receive it. I would advise everyone to check when you buy anything online, that this 'delivery company' is not the one being used.
I'm going to keep editing this, until I get my parcel. DX sent the wallpaper company a photo of the door they said they attempted to deliver to. It's not even my door, for goodness' sake. Not even close!!!
So finally got my wallpaper, this time only two days late, and only after they'd apparently received an absolute dressing down from the wallpaper people, who insisted that they deliver today, rather than on Monday, which is when they told me they'd deliver.
They delivered my passport to some other address
They delivered my passport to someone else at a different address. Incredibly, the tracking status showed that it was delivered to me - it even contained my last name – with a typo – as the recipient of the package. I contacted them through their chat (phone support didn't work). It took me a while to get them to believe that I didn't receive my passport. They determined that it was delivered to another address and shared it with me to go retrieve it from there myself, since the driver is busy and the other address is close to me. They casually called it a mistake.

Ordered a parcel, delivery scheduled for today.. got a time slot 15:40-17:40. Throughout the day, the delivery driver drove within 1/4 mile of my house TWICE. Once in the AM and once in the PM.. then just drove my parcel back to the depot.

Awful service
Awful service. Courier attempted delivery to wrong address. I then re-arranged delivery and the seller sent DX a photo of my house, What3Words location plus my mobile number. Second delivery to a totally different house in the next village. DX did not call me, nor use the location details. They also did not obtain a signature and drove off before the owners of the second house could tell them they were in the wrong place. Fortunately the second house owners rang me and I collected it from them

I would rate zero of I could !!!! Sat in for four days waiting for my delivery each time I received an email Saying couldn’t deliver ! While I was stood on my doorstep no delivery driver in sight no blue calling card as they said they had left ! Never ever had an experience like it in the end I asked for a refund ! The DRIVER DAVID FROM THE MIDDLESBROUGH DEPOT IS A GRWST BIG LIAR AMD NEEDS SACKING ! However you have no chance of speaking to anyone because no one answers the fone or live chat and the disrespectful and dishonest driver still getting paid to piss customers off

This is a zero star review for an absolutely useless organisation. Claim they cant access my property which is nonsense. They change the delivery day to the next day every day. That is - tomorrow never comes. Spent an hour on the phone, to be told it'll be tomorrow again. I am referring to the Northampton office. They are a complete waste of space.
Aggressive, lazy driver
Abysmal service. Driver called on mobile to confirm I was at home for delivery and I confirmed I was. Driver rang doorbell of building and I buzzed him up. He didn't open the door and just stood there. Rang again, buzzed him up again, again he just stood there. I go downstairs and he's already put away the item and about to leave and is irritated when I ask for my item - which is a large rug. He brings it back out and I go to open the door and he refuses to bring it inside and tells me to move so he can take a photo of the building external door. I ask him to bring the package inside and he refuses and puts the item back in the van and drives off. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour, and pure laziness. Name and shame, drivers name is Emre and he clearly hates his job

Where do I start - complete shambles
Where do I start if I could have given minus I would have. Been waiting 5 days for delivery. I was promised delivery and at one point the tracker showed the item was on van and given 2 hour slot 1.45 - 2.45 still hadn’t arrived by 6pm, tracker showed back at depot for delivery next day. Another wasted day waiting in but no show - I complained to retailer who assured me had spoken to someone “high up” at Dx and as a concession would deliver next day Sat 30. It’s now 6.25 and no sign.
You can’t speak to anyone any query is on line chat but they have no clue and just get platitudes. They don’t answer the question. Just not interested in the customer. It is so frustrating/feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall. Absolute shambles. I will be cancelling my order and now have the hassle of trying to get my money back
The plot thickens. I got so fed up waiting
for the elusive rug I cancelled it only to be told by rugs direct I can’t have refund till they get rug back. Amazingly they were certain the rug would be returned to them in Oxfordshire in a day when Dx couldn’t manage to get it to me less than a hour away in 5 days! Just got message from Dx saying delivery unsuccessful due to consignee not being available (of course not rugs direct have all gone home) and to rebook. Assuming they actually attempted to deliver it looks like rugs direct are getting a taste of what their customer has to put up with from this dire company. As far as my refund i complained citing consumer rights act and been told it has been processed just as well because if I had to wait for them to get the rug back it could be a long wait !!
Worst ever delivery company
I received 5 "failed delivery" messages from this company and on each of these occasions I was in the house waiting for the parcel. On the 6th occasion they were successful and the driver said that he has been on holiday for 3 weeks and had returned to many "failed deliveries". I got the impression these were being sent out without any attempt to actually deliver the parcels!!!

Awful company, Given a "all day" timeslot, sat in from 7am till I went to bed at 11pm and no show, no courtesy Email or text....Nothing!! I cant believe Ebay company's use these dreadful couriers, Ebay seller will be getting poor feedback as well for using them.

I’ve dealt with some pretty bad courier companies in my time, but these idiots take their incompetence to a whole new level. Paid for next day delivery which was for delivery Friday, the tracking stated out for delivery, it didn’t arrive. Today, Saturday the tracking stated out for delivery, it didn’t arrive. You cant speak to anyone at DX Express, only a chatbot that just takes you back to the beginning. As far as I’m concerned they can take the package back to the sender and I’ll claim my money back. In layman’s terms, Billy Smarts Circus has all the tents, this company has all the clowns.

We have just waited in all morning, on one of the last holiday days, because we had an email telling us of a delivery today.
We have just had a message saying that they are sorry that they missed us (i'e. we were out when they delivered) and my wife's messages to their site seem to be unintelligible to the auto response.

DX If a company could have a name that was best suited it is this one.
I’m forced to use this bunch of grifters to recieve goods for my business as for the moment they use them ( not for long now)
Every one has said already why they are so bad so I don’t need to add more comments.
My money is on them going out of business by Christmas.
