Didn’t cancel when asked
I asked for a cancellation before the items went out in post. They didn’t cancel they made me request again, after knowingly asking me if I still wanted to cancel the evening before shipping. It was too late. Although I had the majority of my money refunded they still charged me for the post. Which NEVER should have occurred. That was on them. They should have fully refunded. I didn’t beat around the bush in my request. I will never make another order again, and if I could give zero stars I would. I am not usually a “Karen” but this was not ok.

You can try and say what you want but you know I asked for a cancellation before the post went out. And for some reason you still felt the need to ask if I wanted a cancellation the night before shipping…knowing I’d get the charge. That’s on you not me. Not good business sense if you ask me. And I would not make my potential clientele pay it if the shoe were in the other foot. Because if the shoe were in the other foot I’d have cancelled the darn order when asked instead of asking if the person was sure. Good lord. Yes…I was sure.

Hi Michelle, I'm sorry you're not happy with the outcome. Your order was dispatched before we saw your email requesting to cancel and we immediately requested a return to sender. Fortunately, Australia Post was able to get it back to us and we were able to fully refund your order, including shipping minus the return to sender fee. Unfortunately, in this example, we're not able to provide a free return as we responded to your email within 1 business day. Apologies again for the disappointing outcome.

Would still love to see the VIP discounts for preorders though, they were fantastic!
Release dates on figures are a little slow from actual release but I also understand that collectable stores also get later batches to bring the prices down. But with the amazing deals I don't mind waiting.
All of my experiences have been great and I'm glad I've shopped with DX Collectables from the beginning.
Hopefully awesome VIP discounts on preorders with the upcoming Black Friday and Cyber Monday 😁

Fast delivery
As always, preordered figures, no matter where you get them from, are rarely on time. However once they were received I got them the next day of shipping which I definitely was not expecting as using other sites that process can take weeks. Really happy with my purchase, and would definitely use again.

Product 5 stars, delivery extremely slow
Delivery took several months to ship out with no updates despite planned release date being 31st of August, but when it did arrive it was in perfect condition with no issues
