A pleasurable experience all along.Very happy outcome.

Our experience of D W Windows was 5 star from start to finish. From dropping in at the showroom & placing an order to John the surveyor measuring up & actually saving us some money (thanks John) to Gary & Charlie fitting them all. All polite, friendly & knowledgeable. Gary & Charlie working through dreadful weather. Gary worked very hard to get it done quickly because of the weather. Extremely pleased with the doors & windows & how hard the fitters worked.

the fitters Chris and Brett did not stop although it was pouring with rain. really pleased with the finished window. t stop though

This is the third time I have had windows from DW my fitters were Gary and Charlie, They fitted 3 windows this time, nothing was too much trouble they sealed my brickwork with foam before putting the frames in to ensure no draught ingress, I loved the fact there was no rush and they took so much care, the windows look perfect, only 3 more windows 2 doors and a very large patio door to swap to french windows to do, excellent heat retention from all the windows fitted so far, I will be back in the Sping to complete my project, office staff and Rachael the sales rep are so good would highly recommend DW to all.Thank you.

DW replaced all our windows and doors, the process was easy and simple. Craig was brilliant during the quote stage explaining everything, we like the fact no games were played with giving a better price after the quote was given to us, the price he gave us was the best price they could do and didn't inflate prices to win the contract.
John the surveyor was so knowledgeable and felt reassured that everything was measured correctly and how we wanted everything to be. He even popped in during installation to check everything was ok and even came back to fix a small problem for us.
Fitting team were excellent, they worked so hard and everything was fitted to an excellent standard.
After sales sorted a small problem for us quickly and efficiently without any problems. The portal to report problems is such a good idea.

We had a whole house window double glazing replacement over 3 days.

The installers, Chris & Brett were brilliant.
They turned up on time early each morning in freezing weather every day and worked extremely hard in a friendly, thoughtful and professional way.
They did an excellent job throughout and we were very pleased with the outcome.

This is not the first time we have chosen DW Windows Ltd as we were extremely pleased with the professional way all their admin staff and installers dealt with a previous front door replacement.

We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Well done.

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth, I was kept updated with the order process throughout.

The process started really well with Rachel, who was fantastic. To be honest, she didn’t even have to “sell” me the door — the deal spoke for itself.

However, once the deposit was paid, the experience changed. I rang around 24 hours before the fitters were due to arrive just to check everything was in hand, and the person I spoke to was quite abrupt and told me they’d be here “when they’re there”. I felt that was unnecessary and came across as quite rude.

When the fitters arrived, one of them was clearly in a bad mood and just stood there while I removed my Ring doorbell and parts of my Verisure alarm from the door. Once the job was finished, he knocked on my living room door while already on the phone to the office and pushed me to make payment immediately, standing there while I did it. I found that very uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, when I accidentally read one digit of my card number incorrectly, he actually snatched the card from my hand and read the numbers back to the office himself. I found that completely inappropriate and it left me feeling quite shocked, to be honest.

Unfortunately, because of that, what started as a really positive experience ended up being a disappointing one. The product itself is fine, but the way I was treated towards the end of the process has really let it down for me.
Update:

After my original review, the Managing Director of DW Windows contacted me personally. We spoke at length about the installation and the concerns I had regarding communication, attitude and damage to my wall which I discovered after the installers had left.

He listened to what I had to say and offered a £100 goodwill payment, which has now been received. I appreciate that time and effort was taken to address the matter.

My original experience is unchanged, however I am thankful that the situation was eventually acknowledged and responded to.
