Fast forward to our experience; DW Windows have proven their worth.
From the start of the process with Sales Rep Aaron, who has excellent customer service skills, & guided us through the initial design. Our property is old & of course, we needed to comply with updated H&S Regs Aaron ensured the spec was accurate & this assurance came from Steve the Surveyor with Paul supporting. Thanks to Steve, who found a great match with tiles for our stunning canopy over the bay window.
Fitting took only 4 days & hats-off to Craig & Ian who did a sterling job in the extreme heat mid June, absolutely amazing & consulted us at each stage with suggestions & advice.
Needless to say we are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Canopy roof and front door

She even came back to measure or bathroom window . The installation was set and they came promptly on the day allotted and 2 days into the job the canopy brackets were not right so Dan in the
installations team sorted it out and the job was complete to our satisfaction

Prompt and Professional
Chris and Brett arrived promptly and installed 4 windows and a composite door. The job was completed carefully and to a very high standard. All mess was removed and both installers were extremely polite and professional. Would highly recommend this company.

broadband wire cut through
broadband wire cut through not happy at all. .when fitting door broadband fibre cable cut right through . now I've had to pay to get it fixed hardly the best experience . so heads up they actually expect you to remove fibre cables . pray tell me how when they are wired into the exchange box . ps thank god I didn't pay for it and to be honest you have zero customer service . in response to your reply .

Hi Sue we had already replied to your 1* review that you put on here two days ago but it looks like you deleted it and have put it on again today. You were told at survey that you needed to remove your cables yourself and this is the agreement we have with the housing association who own your house. You didn’t do this so the fitter did the best he could, he reported that the cables were “freyed and tatty” which explains why it was impossible to fit the door without disturbing them. We did our best and certainly don’t deserve a 1* review for something we had already discussed with you and was YOUR responsibility. You are not our customer, the housing association is so if you have any complaint please get them to report it to us and we will further explain how this happened.

The guys that fitted the door were professional and polite, no mess or damage was made during the installation, even took my old door away, locking is a little tight, but overall I'm happy with the new door 🙂

We've had a great experience
We've had a great experience with this company, booking a measure/quote was easy, the quote itself was quick and easy with clear pricing, no hard sell or dodgy sales tactics, a breath of fresh air honestly. Doors were fitted just over a month after having the survey, but that was because of our availability, they had availability to fit sooner but it didnt work for us. Fitting went smoothly and the lovely fitter worked hard in the unseasonably warm weather! We are so happy with the doors. They are exactly what I wanted (French doors with cat flap installed directly into the glass) and every member of their team that we came into contact with were polite, friendly and very pleasant to deal with.

Exceptional Service & Experience
We recently had 3 windows fitted to the front of our home by DW Windows and the whole experience was a joy from start to finish.
Alex in sales was our first point of contact followed by Steve who carried out the initial surveyor on placement of order. Both were extremely pleasant during our numerous discussions and their knowledge level within the industry was vast.
This excellent service was followed by the fitters, Ian and Craig. I can honestly say they are one of the best tradesmen I have had the pleasure to deal with over the last 20 years. Ian explained the Installation process step by step and conveyed additional information to me where he deemed necessary.
All in all I would definitely recommend DW Windows to friends and family.
I end by saying the quality of the windows look great.
