Showroom staff where very helpful when…
Showroom staff where very helpful when choosing our door. Fitters they where pilot and clean. BUT unfortunately they left a crack to to wall inside over the door which we have reported. This is a on going situation.

UPDATE 10/10/2025 Once again we apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused, to clarify this was NOT a crack to the wall inside over the door, it was a tear in the wallpaper. Although the installer could not recall doing this we have compensated you sufficiently for you to redecorate this area. I hope this reassures you and other readers that we are a good company and would never want to cause any upset. House rejuvenated!
I had all the windows and doors replaced in my house, the house is now warmer and quieter and it has lifted the outside of the house. Thank you Chris and Brett who fitted the windows and Craig who helped me choose which ones to have. I am really pleased with the difference it has made.

Disappointed
I wish I could give a higher rating but some aspects let this company down, the sales team were fab but my door arrived damaged so I had taken a day off work for no reason, I then had to chase all updates myself i had no apology for the inconvenience or the damaged door. When arranging my new installation date again I had to chase the woman on the installation team was extremely rude especially as this was an error on their part as my door had obviously not had any quality checks done. I am still awaiting an apology and I would not be recommending this company to any friends.

I am sorry that your door was delivered damaged from the manufacturer. I am pleased however that this was noticed before we installed it and it was reordered with another date scheduled with you. I am sorry that we could not have given you more notice of the initial install date having to be deferred but with door suppliers (particuarly Rockdoor due to the high demand for these doors) they often only get delivered to us a day or two before installation. As soon as we knew of the issue you were were advised. Our notes suggest that every time we called you there was no facility to leave an answer message and when we reach you you advised that you didn't answer our call as you were too angry. This is totally understandable in the circumstances. However it does support that we were trying to communicate with you. Our internal notes also detail how we apoligised to you for this matter however you wanted compensation to which we were unable to provide.
Once again may I support our apology for this unfortunate event which we resolved by installing a beautiful door as you had chosen on an alternative date.

Full house of windows, doors and guttering
Had 7 windows, guttering, french doors and front door. Took five days and was like clock work. Scaffold up and down quick. Skip picked up immediately day work was finished. Ian and Craig the fitters came early everyday and worked none stop. Great fun guys made the experience an absolute pleasure. No issues despite torrential rain last few days. Second time using dw windows. Would’nt use anybody else.

Fantastic experience.
DW windows have been fantastic from start to finish. I originally requested a quote to replace a window with patio door however after seeing their reviews and products I decided to get a quote from all new windows, a new front door and french doors. Rachel who came to do the quote was very friendly and knowledgeable and she put no pressure on me to commit. After accepting the quote, the surveyor (I believe his name was Gary) came out within a week to complete the survey and again he was friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to get the fitting date at the time of the survey. On the date of installation Ian and Craig came on time and communicated well with us throughout the process. They alleviated any fears and completed the job in a professional manner with minimal mess. There was an unforeseen issue with the bay window however this was rectified quickly and efficiently. The communication and service has been fantastic from start to finish and the new windows and doors are superb and are brilliant quality. I would 100% use DW windows again.

Value for money and the quality seems great so far
We took our time to choose this company and had quotes from several local competitors- I think we made a very good choice for service and value for money. Early days but I cannot fault the for their service so far and we are pleased without new door and side screens.
