Great professional service once again by Adam. Also helped out with a cylinder issue to save us money when the incubator isn't in use by setting up a new connector to keep anaerobic chamber pressure and only run off one cylinder.

It's always a pleasure to work with DW Scientific, they have great values as a company and it shows in the service that they deliver. Adam has been servicing our instruments for a number of years now. He is always very reliable, professional and knowledgeable. He offers explanations about the work that has been carried out is able to provide prompt, helpful information for any additional queries that we have.

We had an engineer/ calibration engineer Martin Perry attend our site to perform our annual autoclave calibration. He was friendly, knowledgeable and even helped give more information on the data the equipment gives to help us keep our equipment in the best condition.
Martin continued to show great value for us to use Don Whitley for our calibrations.

We had Andrew Whitley on site to repair some equipment his very professional and always willing to provide advise, quick to attend to break downs as well.

Ryan was on time, worked efficiently, and kept the team informed as testing was progressing.
The area was left clean and tidy.

Had Martin on site today to carry out a service on 2 instruments and investigate the cause of a heating issue. He was able to sort the problem and complete the services working with our site engineers to get to the bottom of the heating issue. Customer service end of DWS is also solid, no complaints.

Jake was great at fixing our plate pouring machine. Very efficient, polite and friendly. Highly recommend this company.

We have been using DW cabinets for a long time now and the level of support has consistently been excellent. The equipment is reliable and th aftercare gives real peace of mind in a busy laboratory environment. We are extremely happy with our new A45 anaerobic cabinet and just as importantly, with the outstanding service we have received from day one. Whenever we have had a query or problem, emails have been answered promptly and within 24/48h we have had an engineer on site checking that everything was working as it should.
We would definitely recommend both the A45 Anaerobic cabinet and Don Whitley to anyone looking for high-quality equipment back up by genuinely excellent customer service.

Adam attended at very short notice to help get us back up and running that day. Good communication and takes pride in the systems that he looks after.

The engineers turned up when they said they would, listened to our issues and repaired or adjusted to resolve. They were polite and helpful.
