Great shipping, great dvd quality. had exactly what I wanted.

Ordered something for Christmas for my son on the 30th November. I was very disappointed it didn’t come for Xmas. Then it didn’t come in January. I kept emailing and they said “it’s coming thanks for supporting a small business”. By APRIL I said this is mad I need a refund at which point they suggested I was making a “change of mind” and could apply for store credit.

Strongly recommend you do not use this company to buy anything.

Second time ordering from them and the last time, first ordered a dvd, never received, took the money ok, this time, ordered a series, on the sites it said in stock, soon as I paid, in backorder, told them to refund, or will contact my credit card supplier, they really are scammers, just read the reports, never again.

Its crazy how this website hasn't been taken down, I made an order 4 years ago Jan 12, 2022 to be exact, never received it for the record.

got fooled by their fake reviews when I was trying to search up reviews for their website so finding that this website is a scam is how I found trust pilot lol

never even bothered contacting them cause the reviews shared the same experience, constant dodging and misleading lies or radio silence. Dispute them through your bank.

the audacity to send me ads in my emails too, albeit for like 2 seconds they did then got lazy. either actually send customers their orders or just shut down your shop since you don't have the stock advertised.

Easy service and prompt delivery

I ordered a product listed as "in stock" but immediately after the purchase it was changed to "backorder", and then later, "pre-order", which it stayed as for over five months.
After the first month I sent them a polite request to refund without realising their internal policy was that they "don't issue refunds", and they never responded to my email and actually erased it.
After the fifth month I decided to threaten them with the ACCC and they finally issued the refund. They told me I "didn't need to threaten them" and they "would have given me the refund if I had politely asked for it" (which I did!).
Anyways I do not reccommend using this site. Horrible service, they love gaslighting and guilt-tripping.

Have multiple orders that have been paid for but never fulfilled and when you try to contact them on the contact us link on the Website they never respond. Don't waste your money shopping with these criminals

Very professional and honest company. Communication 5 stars and willing to assist with every query. I will be buying again thank you so much.

Ordered a box set, paid, and only then was advised it was pre-order!
This was in January 2025.
Still waiting.
Like others requests for refund ignored, although responses to request for updates are friendly and professional.
If I ever receive my order I won't use them again.

I ordered a DVD in May 2025 under the impression it was available as there was no indication that it was a preorder. Since then I have tried to obtain a refund (twice) without success. The company is very difficult to contact and obtain a helpful response. There is a distinct lack of willingness to assist a customer.

Have ordered a few DVDS and all bar one have arrived promptly. This last one is taking time as it's hard to source. 3 years but they assure me distributor will have it soon. A business and it's feedback rely on trust so looking forward to receiving my order.

Terrible service, I ordered 5 movies only 3 came. Found out that they removed the other 2 from there website and when I asked why there was no answer just sorry pick new movies, so then I had to pay shipping again. Now I have received 1 of the 2 movies and now noticed again they have removed my second movie from there website. They won’t give a refund just credit and I’m expecting to pay shipping again? This website is a joke, save your time and go somewhere else.

This online store has very bad delivery service. You place online orders and you won’t even get any specific updates to when you be receiving them. Mines been 2 months and going long and I have asked for a refund due to orders never delivered. Have cancelled them and want the refund cause won’t be buying from them anymore, but yet their customer service keeps throwing me to the side for in store credit.
Very very poor service site, would not recommend. I think they just going to steal my money instead of refunding me.
What’s the point on rebuking something else from their site when it’s just going to be late as well. Same pattern.

Very satisfied. I loved the retro feel of receiving a DVD in the post and putting it in the machine. Just like the good old days. Love what the Company does.

Ordered DVD box set from their website which advised they were in stock. They cheerfully accepted payment and then after payment marked the order as on back order for 1 week.

A week later I asked WHEN they would ship the item they avoided the question.

This company is very good at avoiding direct questions and likes to blame the suppliers for not supplying. The point is if you show as in stock it should not matter if the supplier is out of stock.

Obviously, they use customers funds to fund orders and do not use there own working capital to fund their own inventory.

Preorder a DVD which is fine, I know I'll have to wait for the release of it. But 2 years on from ordering it, and I've been very patient, only emailing for updates once every 6months, but I finally see it in stores to buy and remember I have this ordered. Message them for a refund and they don't respond and the DVD magically arrives in 6 days time.
