Well worth the 15% commission

Well worth the 15% commission - do exactly what they say on the proverbial tin, whole process took about a month end to end and it was completely painless (unlike the one claim I successfully managed to make myself, with tons of paperwork and a year long wait where I'd basically given up on getting anything). Thanks!

Makes the process so easy.

Yes they take a cut of your refund, but well worth it if you are just a lone consumer and don’t have the time/know how to deal with HMRC yourself

Great experience with Duty Refunds

Great experience with Duty Refunds. Once I'd supplied the relevant paperwork they dealt with everything and communicated throughout the process. I received the refund as expected.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I tried to do it myself but got lost with which forms I needed to complete. Doing it this way was really easy to use and much quicker than expected.
