I made a purchase on the 8.02.2026 , I contacted this company via email on the 16.02.2026 no response ,as I still had no tracking information or update to show then item has been dispatched , contacted them again on the 20th via email and Instagram .. no response .

Today I went onto my pay pal account and received a full refund .

Stay clear of this company.

This product did not work for us. We returned it after some hassle with the company. We had to send it back to the UK despite buying it in Canada. Today after several months, the package was returned and marked as not deliverable to the address that was given to us. Don't buy from this company - they are not trustworthy.

The headband was exactly what I wanted.
I can download my music to it and use it without a network connection.

I like to fall asleep while listen to audio and do not want my iPhone close to me. This help as I do not disturb my partner. Another great thing is that I am able to control the channel and volume using my Apple Watch. Highly recommended.

I loved my version 1 sleep bar but I lost it traveling. Version 2 has better sound and longer battery life, not to mention the app that lets you set an automatic shutdown. Delivery was 8 days from order.

If I could put no star I would. Possibly the most inept company I have ever bought something from! The Sleep Bar is quite frankly very poor sound quality for me and wasn’t playing from a tinnitus app I use loudly enough (even after changing the equaliser settings). So I asked about returning it. I was told I could and was a given an address. I sent it back special delivery which cost me £9.85 and it came straight back a few days later- the addressee had gone away!
When I complained I was told I had not given them the tracking information (!) and explained that I am an extremely busy person and didn’t have time to do this. I have never had to give a company I am returning a product to the tracking information.
Then they said that they hoped I could find a way to sort the problem out! No support, no help from them whatsoever.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE DREADFUL AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR THE HASSLE IF YOU TRY TO RETURN IT!

I had originally bought a soundbar from
Amazon and it worked well but didn’t offer the timer options like the Dusker does. Therefore I decided to buy Dusker. It serves its purpose, helping me listen to music as I fall asleep. Nice little gadget. It did take a really long time to get to me. Almost a month. The only flaw that I noticed is that when a person wakes up in the middle of the night and one needs to use it again, you have fumble around with it (setting up Bluetooth) again etc.. that’s sort of a pain. But all in all it’s a nice gadget to listen while in bed.

Honestly one of the worst online buying experiences I’ve had. I ordered a Dusker sleep mask, and it was 3 WEEKS LATE. I live in the rural valleys of Wales and gave it time, but nothing. So I asked for a refund.

They told me to send it back – which I did through Royal Mail – only for them to REFUSE THE PACKAGE at the address they gave. Since then, they’ve IGNORED EVERY EMAIL.

I did some digging and found out the company is run by a uni student called Carl Meggs. That might explain the total lack of professionalism – but that’s NOT an excuse to take people’s money and vanish.

If you’ve been through this – GO TO YOUR BANK AND REQUEST A CHARGEBACK. That’s the only reason I got my money back.

Feels like a half-baked dropshipping scam dressed up as a “wellness brand.” Stay FAR away.

Finally… a sleep speaker system that really works. No more headbands or sore ears. Just pop under your pillow, link up some music or sleep sounds, and off to sleep. Battery lasts a good couple of weeks between charge, setting timer for an hour each night. Cannot sleep without it now. Very happy customer!

Update: it is impossible to return products once you have bought them. Royal Mail returned the parcel with the message "addressee gone away".

I may update this review when this is resolved, but at the moment I am unable to return the product as the address they have provided is not serviced by Evri, Post Office or DPD.

Alarm bells were ringing when I originally saw the tracking info from China. Then when I received the product (in nice packaging) it was immediately obvious that its value was very low- the money has gone on marketing. This is not bone conduction technology as you cannot hear the speaker if you use earplugs but press the speaker to your cheek. Nor is it even comparable in quality to a very cheap speaker. Probably, using the companies app, there is a way for the speaker to be audible under a pillow, but that is true of any speaker if it's loud enough.

This sleep bar did not work for me. I have an average pillow and despite playing with the settings A LOT it was not audible for spoken word - if you like music (muffled) then maybe it would work for you. They are aware of this - lots of directions and disclaimers. The main complaint is about their returns and refunds policy - they do not issue a returns number or prepaid returns. Instead they demand that you return the device tracked and (of course) in good order. I returned my device in its original packaging. I also wrote to express my disappointment. They should tell people before they buy that they will be £10 out of pocket if they have to return. It is also cheaply made and with cheap packaging andan app that is just a UX - does nothing.

Fantastic Product
I was looking for an alternative to sound scarves. This device is fantastic. It suits my sleeping style. The ease of the app ensured I was able to set the sound to my individual requirements. Highly recommend.

The device simply does not work with any spoken word apps like audio books and podcasts. Regardless of settings and equaliser adjustments, the sound is blurry and words cannot be made out.
Furthermore, even though I ordered this in Europe with free shipping, I am being forced to send this faulty device to the UK which is not even where it came from. This is cumbersome and expensive and probably not worth the trouble. I will have to try to sell it on ebay

I re-purchased a sleep bar after my first—bought years ago when the company was still called Sonic—finally began to fail. That original sleep bar was brilliant and lasted days on a single charge.

My second one, under the new branding Dusker, has been awful. I’ve had it for around 12 months, and now it barely holds a charge for 10 hours and takes ages to recharge.

An expensive piece of rubbish. What happened? The first product was excellent—how did it go so wrong?

World of a difference in my sleeping routine, small gadget but amazing sound output. Easy to use and definitely makes a difference as I normally struggle to fall asleep. Definitely would recommend

Bought this a month ago and have been using quite frequently. As long as get in the right place under pillow it gives good quality sound even on low volume. I am a side sleeper so can’t say for any other sleeping position but suits me as earbuds and other soundbars have not worked for me. Can’t feel under the pillow. Only thing would add would be a volume control on the bar. Battery lasts all night but does need charging after that.

I've been listening to audiobooks while I fall asleep for 35 years and always struggled to find headphones that are comfortable or dont cause ear pain if I end up lying on that ear, not get tangled up (or create a call of headphone) and charging my phone at the same time.

The Dusker is great, it slips under the pillow, the audio is great for listening to books, and it doesn't disturb my wife either. I also love that it's really portable, so I take it with me travelling.

I've had pillow speakers for years with varying success, this one is wonderful and wins by a mile. The battery charge lasts all night, the sound quality is great and with my phone volume on the lowest setting it is perfect.

Why are there no reviews of the Dusker Sleepbar by independent reviewers? Dusker has packed search engine reviews with customer reviews. It seems no independent reviewers can access those seeking such reviews!

I love my Dusker headband and sleep mask. I did find the instructions a little unclear initially but after a few days playing with the device I figured it all out. Probably my fault. If you have difficulty stick with it. It’s worth it.
